Such exquisite cuisine, I have been a loyal customer for years and they never fail to deliver. Love Tony’s fun and bubbly attitude as he puts love into his cooking. It just makes the food and experience 100x better. Will be bringing family here to enjoy this delicacy. Can’t believe they are gone for holidays. I am seriously missing their food and nothing compares to it. Honestly, this cafe is the go to place for a large variety of food choices whilst it being delicious and cheap. Work around the area and regular eater, good quality of food items, such as coffee , sandwiches, rolls, soups , grills, rice, noodle items. My favourite are the soup, noodles, pork rolls with crunch crackle Yumm. The service is great and you can get your food in no time especially when you’re in time pressure. The dine in has some spots inside for a cold rainy day and outdoors on a sunny day. They can custom make your food as per request. Do note service after lunch can be limited. The team are passionate and have kept me interested for 10 plus years. The prices have increased slightly but quality has been consistent. Kudos keep going

I recently went to Hollie’s Café and the menu was jam-packed with all sorts of mouthwatering diverse food. I decided to go for their signature beef pho, it was like a flavour explosion in my mouth. The broth was so rich and fragrant. And don't even get me started on their sandwiches! They were packed with delicious fillings and the bread was fresh and crusty. Great value and delicious noodles! I've bought takeout from here twice for lunch now and both times have been good experiences. The noodles cost about $17-18 and the portion is so big I eat it across 2 meals. They're generous with the toppings - prawns, charsiu, vegetables and fishcake. I've had the Singapore noodles and the Char Kway Teow. They have plenty of staff working to deal with the lunch rush. They use big woks to fry the noodles. I'll be back!

1st time visit wanted a burger they said no grill is cleaned it was only just after 2pm so all they had that I eat was 1 potato cake 2 dim sims I got charged 7.50 potato cake was soo tiny small I went to sushi place near coles chicken schnitzel roll with all salad paid $8 big difference with value what you get and was very filling wont be going back there got ripped off

I am allergic to Diary products, I ordered a soy coffee and doubled checked, asking it was soy (told yes it was) and after having a drink of the coffee found it to be milk. I had an allergic reaction, needed an epi pen shot and i get continuing symptoms days later. I approached the manager to let him know and he apologized but dismissed me with no feedback the staff would be trained appropriately, I felt i wasn't taken seriously.

Consistently great food and great service and serves one of the best pho’s I’ve ever had. Not hard to see why it’s always busy, do yourself a favour and check it out.

Finally somewhere who knows how to make a good coffee with oat milk!

Upon entering this joint I had a feeling like I was in a truck stop, I was just there to grab a coffee and it just tasted like warmed up milk.

If you are waiting for a flight out of Essendon then dont go hungry. Great breaky meals and coffee. Just a short walk over from the terminal.
