I had a great experience staying at this hotel. Stayed here for nearly 4 months. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. In particular, Stephen in breakfast staff, Rajeev in cleaning staff and Sumana at front desk/reception. Honestly, everyone in the staff is super nice, I wish I remembered their names so I can mention it. Everyone in the staff who I spoke to was polite and friendly and felt good to talk to.

The room was just the right size as to be comfortable and spacious without being too big or too small. Same goes for the bathroom.

The complimentary buffet breakfast is so good that most of the times that would be my sole meal of the day. The variety and quality is good and it takes awhile to just try out all that's on the menu. Very satisfying!

I was welcomed as an IHG member and offered a fruit basket and complimentary late check out by the staff at the reception. It was a very nice touch. The hotel is located in a quiet area with mostly offices around. Metro station is about a 12 min walk. The area is clean and nice to walk around. There is a mosque supermarket and few restaurants around.The hotel has a free shuttle service to the beach and the Mall of Emirates at specific times which I used it to get to the mall. Another nice service. They serve a full breakfast at the restaurant. Coming to the room it’s spacious with a king bed and a sofa work desk and a spacious bathroom. The furniture and fittings are not very morden and the lighting was a bit less in the room.Nevertheless I had a comfortable stay.

This was an excellent place to stay at. The breakfast provided here was one I've never seen before. They have a variety of eggs, French toast, pancakes, and beef and chicken sausages. The Location nearby a campus was also great, because fast food places such as KFC and Hardee's are only a 10 minute walk. Free water is provided inside the hotel rooms. However, when we stayed at the hotel, after several days, they started deactivating our card for no reason! And every time we had to go to the front desk, and tell the front desk to reactivate our card again. One time we came back to our hotel, and we found the employees to be cleaning our room at that current time. We told them to clean it at 1pm, but it was already 5pm. Overall a pretty good hotel

First off all, I just wanna say it was the best experience you can have especially with your better-half, <3. Do check it out, it's highly recommended. The privacy, oh boy! Once in a life time! Planning to visit again in the Summers tho! Although, I didn't interact with most of the staff but man! Ahmad & Samantha were so friendly, shout out to them! Made our day there!

Recently i got the chance to stay here for a two-day business trip, and it was excellent. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient for my meetings, and the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism. I appreciated their attention to safety measures. The hotel has a good breakfast that even catered for my carnivore way of eating. Three rooms are good, and generally clean. The carpets need some tlc as with most hotels The guy who serviced the room, Rohit, did a good job. Everyday was consistent and at a good standard

Very satisfied with my stay. Good location overall if you want to be near Abu Dhabi side, away from heavy traffic, and near Mall of Emirates. Very quiet area with sufficient park on premises. The only note I have is the presence of a subtle smell of cigarettes, which I found common in some hotels.

I stayed here last month and the vist was fantastic. Rooms are very clean breakfast is nice so much variety. And the front office staff was really friendly and helpful especially Ahmad, Samantha and faith.
