A special shoutout to Vilma, who checked us in seamlessly, making us feel welcomed and valued right from the start. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Dubai. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious and varied breakfast offered by the hotel. The breakfast spread had something for everyone, from local delicacies to international favorites. Great location close to the metro and the mall of the emirates. The breakfast is phenomenal and the staff are above and beyond in hospitality! We did book a room with a balcony and never received one- also no compensation or points offered for not receiving what we paid for.

So many things to do close- rent a Lamborghini or a Corvette- get some amazing Thai or Indian food- walk to the mall of the emirates- go to the metro and journey to the palm!

The location is perfect, so is the service. The room is good, not too small- you have space for your luggage and a nice toilet. The room is clean and everything works. It is not top luxus, but who needs that? We arrived one very late night, very tired. In the door we met Rahanas, who turned out to be a great help during our stay. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel and was met every day with a smile by Alfred and Diyan. Actually the whole staff are very sweet and helpfull. And finally we must not forget the fitness-trainer, who taught us a lot.

Had an excellent stay here. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have encountered, with something for everyone's taste. The staff (especially Sushil) at the rooftop bar/restaurant were very welcoming and attentive. The Thai and Indian restaurants on site had delicious and seemingly authentic food for a reasonable price. The concierge was very helpful in arranging transportation when we needed it. The location itself is a bit uninteresting but the hotel is close to two Metro stops so it was convenient to get where we wanted to go.

This is a great hotel with excellent staff. Very close to Mashreq Metro station and Mall of the Emirates (5 and 11 minute walk) makes it convenient to get around. The breakfast spread is big and diverse and includes a "south Asian vegetarian corner." The TVs in the room are dated but then, you're not in Dubai to watch TV. Overall, great value and convenience. Definitely will stay here again.

Excellent customer service. Only two blocks from a metro station, and there are always Careem or Uber drivers within a minute or two of the hotel. Nice variety of restaurants (the Indian restaurant had wonderful cuisine) and bars. Rooms were nice, and the prices quite reasonable. The warm water faucet on my room's bidet wasn't working, unfortunately.

We stayed for 7 days here, and would love to stay again if chance arises. The staff at reception, room service, restaurent, all were excellent in their duties, polite and helpful. Specially thankful to the Hotel staff for celebrating my wife's birthday with a cake and all staff wishing wishing her a good gesture. The breakfast was good but I feel some more changes in everyday menu would be appreciated. Overall a good stay.

We came for the second time already, the hotel suits all our needs - perfect location, cozy rooms with great atrium view, wonderful breakfast, shuttle bus to the beach. Special thanks to Lin at the reception, her work is perfect and she is extremely friendly. Hope to be back at this hotel.

We was the second time in this nice hotel! The location Al Barsha is in the middle of downtown and marina. Special thumbs up for the fitness club and of course the trainer there. Good staff like life fitness and star trec. They only need a rower. The pool top of the hotel was also a good spot with a nice view of downtown, marina and of course Burg Arab! Maybe next time with a Better room.

Good Hotel,Rooms are equipped with coffeemaker, at least with Nescafé, Breakfast Buffet very nice. Lots of choices. Fitness Center spacious Pool only open from 10:00 to 19:00 in Winter.

"Q" sports bar inside the hotel always good service from Siva serving behind the bar. Nothing was a problem, good to deal with. Football on large screens and bar meals available. Happy hour each day with good prices. Highly recommended!
