I had a very bad experience. I filled full tank petrol to my car, no issues all went well. I came to fill air for the tyres, then the drama started, the guy who filled air said there is a puncture in one tyre, removed the wheel and spent more than 30 min to identify where the puncture is. It was something like they misguided me and trying to prove there is a puncture, somehow they managed to find a very very negligible air leak in a tubewell tyre. If they have taken 30 min to identify this, how did they get to know about puncture in the first instance? then their drama continued saying this is a serious problem and they pretended to apply their rocket science for another 30 min, finally they charged me 800 rupees for cheating me using their rocket science. This irritated me and when I reached the staff members to raise a complaint all are clueless and saying owner is not available. I lost my time and money. Note to people: Beware of this drama, save your time and money.

MY FAVOURITE PETROL & DIESEL BUNK. ONLY ISSUES WITH FREE AIR. ONCE I WAS FORCED TO USE WASH ROOM UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. FELT VERY BAD. NON COOPERATIVE STAFF AND MANAGER. THEY WILL NOT GIVE THE COMPLAINT BOOK FOR INFORMING ABOUT THE INCONVENIENCES AT THIS BUNK. SO I DECIDED NOT TO CONTINUE FROM THIS BUNK. FROM LAST PROBABLY JUNE 2021 ONESIES, I STARTED TO GET MY BOTH DIESEL AND PETROL VEHICLES FUELLED AT LN FILLING STATION PATTEGARAPALYA MAIN ROAD THOUGH IT IS FAR FROM MY OFFICE AS WELL AS RESIDENCE. THE HIGHER AUTHORITY MUST RECTIFY, OTHERWISE THEY WILL LOOSE REGULAR CUSTOMERS LIKE ME IN FUTURE.

Once, I filled my Verna fluidic car full tank petrol Power. After this I faced lots problem in my car. I'm doubt full about the quality. One of my friend also complained about this. People say it's a company owned outlet. But , I'm unhappy with this outlet.

Tyre air refill person is forming a business where he generally deny to refill and will probably cheat you saying puncher or air valve damage, most likely for cars. Also he uses hammers and pegs to remove the tyre which likely damages the alloy.

Very good and friendly staff based on my experience. They also help you with payback points also. The other HP bunks around here do not support payback. Have used their services many times and has been good experience.

Their Air machine is always down.when you fill fuel for ur car why can't you keep proper service for air! Why is it always off. They keep telling it's off. Machine is not good.

Though it is in main road and state high way the entrance approach is not maintained properly for smooth driving of vehicles even the entire road is full of pot holes.

They cheat you on quantity by not showing or blocking the zero reading on the meter. Very rude and dangerous, they'll threaten if you complain.

Nice they accept freecharge and we get cash back plus .75% discount . But only thing is it is bit crowded .
