Unprofessional and rude staff. Made a last min decision to book in for hip pain. In a 30 min booking i got at most 5mins treatment. Lots of useless advice was given as the therapist was clearly not in the mood to treat, walked out as sore as ever. 0 stars if i could rate it Edit: before arriving i called up to let reception know i was running 10 minutes late yet still waited an additional 10mins for the physiotherapist when i arrived. Treatment time was further cut into whilst reception still had the audacity to tell me it was because i was late even though i never mentioned about a shortened initial consult as i understand it was partly my fault. I tried to politely let her know i was not happy with the treatment given and understand that i was late yet it was confusing why i had not been seen straight away. This was followed up by "are you paying by card?" No apology, just dirty looks as i walked out after paying $80 for what i wish i had spent elsewhere. Edit: ty for the very late reply. Been seeing this practice for a little over 2 months now for a couple of niggling sports injuries. The reception staff are always very polite and kind and are very easy to get along with. I have been seeing Luke, his treatment and injury management advice is on point and his advice for injury prevention management is also very useful. Overall the quality of this practice is highly recommendable.

The physio and front desk people are very good but (and i just found this out) everytime you go to the physiotherapist for a new ailment you are charged as a new patient. Which is $81.

These guys were great. Fixed my neck pain and headaches I'd had for ages. Still feeling really good months later. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend.

Eva at reception is great and booking an appointment was quick and easy. Cuong is a very knowledgable physio. Would definitely recommend their services!
