My brother has been suffering with severe diarrhea and pains and all they do is keep telling him to do stool samples which come back negative, he asks to be referred but keep getting refused ,what needs to happen before action is taken....death!!!! This is disgusting. Don't use this surgery.

After ringing for advice or appointment I was called back by a doctor, this was followed up by a face to face appointment at the Mead House Hub later that day, followed by blood tests locally also the same day.
