I would NOT recommend Jason's auto repair. I was taken advantage of and basically jason stole my money.I had my vehicle towed to Jason's shop back in October of 2020. Jason stated I needed rebuild engine. I payed $2,572.42 to have jason do the work my vehicle needed. 5 months later come to find out by 4 different mechanics Jason did not put in a rebuild engine. Jason only replaced the gasket in my vehicle. But yet he charged me or should I say ripped me off of $2572.42. Jason wasn't too happy that I confronted him about it. So I started paper work to take Jason' to court in October of 2020 and my luck i filled out the paperwork wrong both times they have been sent back to me. I've kinda basically given up. Unless its not to late and if anyone out there would like to help me out and file my paperwork to the courts correctly. I would so much appreciate it. Otherwise this guy will get away with stealing my money along with yours. Please help. I've been left without transportation because of Jason . I even had a 1 yr warranty which he didn't want to fulfill. Not very Professional mechanic and other comments from Jason.

I took my 1966 Chevy Truck in for repair of what I thought were the valve seals. I was informed that it was not the seals, but the lower intake gasket needed to be replaced. A week later I called on the status and was told they were having trouble identifying a gasket replacement. They never took off the intake, asked if they could try tightening the bolts and said I could pick it up in a day or two. When I went to pick it up, they performed services I never authorized( changing the oil, carb adjustments.??..) and charged me $592.00. Of the $592.00 I approved the bolt tightening and a 7.00 inspection, but not the oil and carb, so I don't see how looking at the intake and tightening two bolts would be over $500. They did what they wanted for a very high premium.

Took my time to research and find the right place to take my older vehicle that’s no longer in production — the reviews didn’t lie and the service didn’t disappoint. Quality work done pretty quickly and with excellent, caring service — Hussein is the best. He is passionate and believes in offering their very best — plus, he has a great sense of humor and is really personable. You can even tell the mechanics like working there based on their interactions with him. My car is now running like new, and they even worked with me to get the priority items done within my budget. I’ll definitely be back for maintenance visits — they deliver on their promises and are a trusted business in my eyes. Thank you!

Had such a lovely experience today. A part of my front bumper had come off and I needed help as soon as possible. I found that this shop was open and it was so good to get someone on the phone quickly who said 'come on down'. They looked at it straight away. We found some other issues (which I knew were there but hadn't had a chance to deal with). While I waited, I listened to how the owners deal with their customers, with patience and giving time to explain why work needs doing. I was so impressed with this business, I will definitely be going back, and would recommend to others (but not too much that it gets any more busy )

Just got my rear pads and rotors, inspection, and oil change done. First off, I got quoted $1200 to do my brakes from another shop (said both front and back needed to be replaced), Hassan had his crew check my brakes and let me know only the rear actually needed to be replaced. Work was completed same day I dropped it off, and all prices were fair. This place was recommended to me, and I will continue to recommend to others. Also, if you live close they are happy to take you home and pick you up which was nice. Will be back for future maintenance and repairs until given a reason not to. Good experience.

Took car in for running rich. Pressure sales to fix a lot of stuff on my car, proposed services that weren't necessary like grinding rotors, wanted a few grand total and I got everything on the list fixed for less than a grand including the work they did to replace MAF. Expensive and my CEL is back on and running rich again. Hundreds down the drain. Oh yeah, they wanted to charge $300 just to reset ECU, which I declined, which they ended up having to do anyway. For the owner response, unless they wanna refund me I don't want it made right, I want it working, I will do it myself.

My son recommended I use Highlands several years ago. He had used them several times & was pleased with their work. I have been going to them ever since. I’ve had shocks & suspension repair, U joint, transmission work, catalytic converter, battery replacement, oil and filter changes. They’ve worked with my aftermarket warranty & insurance claims. They have me come by to make sure everything is in working condition, because they wanted me to focus on beating cancer. They have great hearts & I feel they would do the same for you! Debra J

I want to use them but have burned again even after not visiting. They replaced a battery in my car and then insisted my alternator needed replaced. I kept the battery and took the car to the dealer to find they mis-diagnosed the alternator. This happened in July. I just had to replace the battery they installed because they did not install the correct battery and it ruined that battery. I recommend this place if you have an older car, but I do not trust them with more sophisticated systems.

Always somewhat hesitant to visit a repair shop I'm not familiar with but these guys are the only ones that seem to be able to work on a fully electric vehicle. They invested quite a bit of man hours working on my Fiat 500e with results that they weren't fully pleased with. Suggested I take the car to Fiat and didnt charge me a dime. Overjoyed with their honesty and pricing when they don't get the results that THEY expected. Highly recommend them.

They are clear with their explanations and will help you plan out upcoming preventative maintenance. Over the past 15 years, I have brought them my Mercedes, Hondas, and friends’ cars. A+!!! I have been coming here for over 10 years. The owner and his team are so honest. That’s the most important thing to me. They do great work and I never worry about them over charging me. I have called them twice over the years stranded and they always come pick me up or just fix the car on the spot. They trouble shoot and save me $ if they can. I highly recommend them!
