Very impressed with the service thus far. Having recently moved to the area my partner and I registered to the practice expecting to wait quite a few weeks before we were onboard. Thankfully, we were registered in less than 48 hours! My first trip to the GP was good also; friendly staff assured that I was seen promptly!

Horrendous experience for my wife. She waited 2 weeks for a GP appointment, turned up and it wasn't a GP so couldn't help with anything. Then couldn't photocopy her medical history notes there and then told her to come back tomorrow! If you are trying to make people leave and go private, you have succeeded today.

Excellent treatment, Staff very polite, always trying to help, Dr. Chelvan is very experienced, always puts us at ease. As a family, been visiting this clinic since July ,2018. i have never once been disappointed, diagnoses the problem explains it and provides treatment immediately. highly recommend!

I am very sorry to say that I received some unsafe advice from the receptionist (Audrey). She advised my daughter to abstain because she had run out of the pill. This is not factual advice in the prevention of pregnancy. The doctors and nurses should be giving medical advice and not reception staff.

Excellent service. My local gp. My procedure is: I called gp to book appointment, doctor called me to do telephone consultation, doctor sent the prescription to my closest pharmacy electronically, then I went to pharmacy to pick up my medicine and I went to gp to provide sample.

I moved from the Charterhouse surgery because it was so bad and went to the Highland. Now it has moved to the old Charterhouse building it is just the same as the old one. Maybe it is the building but something needs to be done about it. Thinking of moving again. But where to ?
