I went to the store on the 1st June to speak to the manager, and he said he got me the product from PE and will be couriered, i should be get it by Monday ( 05/06/23) or latest Tuesday (06/06/23). Themba has not called me till today, I went to the store yesterday he was working night shift so i was told, no feedback for me, i asked the Sales lady to ask him on my behalf since i dont have his contact,her response today was that the shipment of the laptop is made and it should arrive in a few days. I do need the laptop for studies thats why i bought it initially, should i needed it for anything i wound have went in some pawnshop...For me that laptop with the price i got on promo was a bargain for me, Should they know the product might be discontinued or will be, why is the store selling what put aside as layby? Right now i bought a product but i dont have it, i dont know if i will have it and when? This is so emotionally stressing and heartbreaking.

Honestly speaking it's like they don't want to assist at this point... I applied to get a device on contract and till this day there hasn't been any response. I ended up calling the finance company and they said they did not receive my contract which I sent on the day it was requested and it was not sent, even today... I have been trying to call their line but it's busy and it seems like they always have network issues and I don't understand how because every other store in the mall has connectivity... Can I just be assisted so that I can get my device because I'm going to need it soon and I need to know if I have to go to another store or not

Im failing to understand how a delivery company can’t use Google maps(so draining to say the least) and hificorp is doing the bare minimum to help.To think you guys will be taking my money every month if the fridge ever comes that is. Literally a horrible experience and I’ve been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but they keep failing me.

Can I just get my money back!! I am tired of returning to this store! This is the Worst service in the world! I bought Jabra earphones for from HiFi Corp and they are not working. I returned them to get new earphones and these are also not working. I retuned for the 3rd time and they sent them to repairs.. They are failing! I am still waiting on an update guys!? I am tired of returning in your store! I just want my money back Its been over 1 month... I am tired !

We had a terrible experience. Bought a fridge on the 13 Nov and asked for it to be delivered on 30 Nov. My Fiancé called on 29 Nov to confirm the delivery for 30 Nov. I called numerous times on the 30 Nov and we had to fight to finally get our fridge delivered after 5pm on 1 Dec.

Unhelpful staff, bordering on rude. Been twice now and recieved one word answers to questions from both door greeting staff members and internal shop assistants. I've had lovely experiences at other branches but this one falls flat.

It’s pointless taking out a lay-by at this store.. when you come back, the item is out of stock. How does that even happen, they just happy to take everyone’s money? Nxa!

Stock on the website is completely wrong. Huge number of staff but they are all engaged in a chat leaving the entire store unattended. Takealot cheaper.
