We have used their service with our office first. Due to our retail business, they need to come after office hours to paint our entire office. They are very professional, puncture and carried their promise when the job is done. They helped us to move the cabinets out and moved back after painting. We also have them to do the paint job for our investment property after the tenant moved out, it only took them a couple days and the job was fawless. It is a 2 storey townhuse above commercial building. The recent job is for the high-end condo in Richmond and need to paint the 1200 sf condo including the ceiling. 5 guys were waiting for me at the conceige 7am sharp and finished the job at 4 pm after 4 days as they promoised. They vacumn the entire place after they finished the job. They worth a 5 star rating and highly recommended for any type of job.

The installer, Rodrigo arrived on time, was fast, respectful, cleaned up after he was done & did an excellent job. I am very happy with the quality of the work & the attention to detail (I am a such stickler for small details). On top of that I noticed they provide a 5year guarantee. In the past, I have had my fair share of shotty service jobs in my home with other companies, so much so that I have been primed to expect the worst, but instead this was an absolute delight for a change. Heritage Painting did an outstanding job on the exterior of our heritage listed 1910 home. They spent several days doing extensive pre-painting preparation before even starting to paint; even more sanding and filling then I had expected (plus some minor repairs to parts of the exterior). They applied a quality exterior primer and hand painted the entire house using high quality paint blended to our heritage era colours. They did the job expertly and completely, no short cuts were taken. The job was expensive, but the extra work and professionalism were well worth the cost. We would use them again with no hesitation.

David and his crew painted my newly renovated condo under difficult circumstances: parts of the renovation were delayed due to Covid interruptions, so the painters had to work around some unfinished areas. They had to repair a particularly difficult drywall job and did so with grace. They were willing to return when things were finally finished to do touchups. Could not have asked for more. Yes, they are more expensive than your lowest bid. But they actually really know about what works with heritage homes, what colours are appropriate, what unique challenges exist. They are also experienced professional painters producing high quality work - you do not want newly minted college kids working on your heritage home (or really any home, I can tell you from experience). Also on time, courteous, and are not trying to sell you something you don't need. In all ways, very high value for the money spent.

We hired this company to put up wallpaper in my son’s nursery. All my correspondence with David was prompt and polite. The gentleman who came to do the work was so kind, he noticed a flaw in the paper and even knew who I should contact to have the paper replaced. He returned once we had the new paper and did an amazing job even explaining to me a bit of the process. Everything was left clean and this paper application was impeccable.
