I met with Suzanne at Henry Paul (Ruislip) in August’23. We had our first meeting to discuss what to do in the event of me needing their funeral care services for my Dad. Suzanne is a lovely and knowledgeable lady and I immediately felt at ease in her company. I left the funeral parlour with a brochure and some costings. The fateful day arrived in September'23 when my Dad sadly passed away. It was a weekend so I had to call the 24hour support team of Dignity who took my details and arranged transport etc. They were very professional. On Monday I arranged a meeting with Suzanne to discuss the arrangements of Dads funeral. Suzanne had to liaise with the priest, the crematorium, the funeral directors and my family to come up with a suitable date for Dad. To cut a long story short we managed to get everything arranged in 10 days. Believe me, this is a very tight timeline that was only achieved by the pulling together of all parties (Suzanne, myself, Priest, Danielle (from Sacred Heart church)). The funeral day was a great day and went off without a hitch. The funeral director and his team were all lovely on the day too. I would 100% recommend Henry Paul. Thank you.

The service provided was perfect! The staff have the right combination or personality and professionalism. They showed empathy, consideration and nothing was too much trouble at all times. I have never arranged a funeral before and everything was explained throughly. They were caring, helpful and organised. The team were everything we could have wished for, especially calming and very professional. Everything was with sympathy and understanding; patience as we chose the coffin, as we were compiling the format for the Service and layout for the Order of Service. There were subtle, valuable hints or recommendations regarding types of flowers, donations and details that could otherwise have been forgotten. We never felt rushed. The ability for online viewing at the Crematorium was excellent for those unable to travel.

The staff at Henry Paul were kind, considerate and helpful throughout the process and very patient with endless repeated questions. It's a hard thing to go through and sometimes difficult to concentrate on the detail so their patience was very much appreciated. On the day of the funeral, the personnel were lovely and reassuring and it was a relief to have them in the background, steering us through the day, which they did with respect, kindness and compassion. I would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Henry Paul highly enough. My recent experience with them was the best I could have hoped for. Suzanne right from the start of the process was kind, sensitive and led me through the difficult task with warmth and understanding. Her experience and that of Pam, her assistant shone through and made the funeral exactly as I had wanted it to be. I cannot thank them enough.
