It was extremely hot in the storage are as soon as you step foot unto the building you start to sweat. And it smells as if everyone urines right in front of the doors as well as inside the units.

you are not working hard to improve my storage experience. you did not fix it around 2-3 month ago and the weather in side the building it very hot

3 years, always good service. 2nd floor gets very hot on hot summer days, but always clean, secure, well lit, as a female alone I feel safe.
