Super friendly, warm and always welcoming. I do have to single out Kate, who looks after me. She is absolutely divine! I've been a regular client of HB for four years, and that doesn't happen by accident. Brilliant service by a brilliant team.

Love the elegant ambience and professional staff. Refreshments offered on arrival, beautifully clean treatment rooms. I had a facial and it was very relaxing with spa music and dim lighting to enhance my experience. Excellent attention to detail and the large reception area with a varied and extensive retail on offer, topped off the whole experience for me. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone. A+++++

Lovely, professional, relaxing service, helpful advice, quality skin products. I also had my makeup done by the lovely Jules. She was able to give me a natural yet super glamorous look whilst hiding my illness. The makeup looked fresh 12 hours later and gave me confidence for a lovely day and night out. Very impressed by the care all the ladies there take with whatever service I'm having.

I have not visited for a while due to covid. BUT being out of skin care products, I called. The lady made time for me over the phone, was polite and very helpful. I went to collect and the shop was following ALL safe procedures, was clean and extremely helpful and caring. I can not recommend the respectful, quality service more.
