Booked an appointment through Facebook waited half an hour didn’t acknowledge me when I walked through the door didn’t let me know that they were running late felt completely ignored by staff. The interior was completely dirty! Tissues, hair, nail clippings, nail dust all over the chairs and floor. The hairdresser had cut three clients in the time I was there having my nails done and didn’t wipe/sanitise the station and left the hair on the floor for all the clients to walk through. The hairdresser threw the dirty cape and towel with hair all over it onto the nail station where I was told to be seated and didn’t brush off the hair or anything or wipe it before I sat down so I was sitting in filth. Tried to make conversation with the staff and was completely ignored multiple times. Throughout my nail appointment I felt so rushed as they started me half an hour late and kept chopping and changing nail technicians throughout my service so they could fit in Walkins and other clients that had appointments. wanted a certain type of nail art which they had previously done on someone on their Facebook page and told me that they couldn’t do it because they didn’t have enough time but I felt like they could have done it if they started me on time and made that my problem. Overall just a horrible vibe, Felt really uncomfortable the whole service, dirty environment and poor customer service. Will never be coming back again. Victoria does the BEST blonde is Adelaide. I’ve been using her services for a decade and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. Great prices, great service and her work is just down right amazing. Highly recommend!! And also Chloe does a fantastic set of nails, each time I go there she doesn’t a phenomenal job, thin, beautiful and careful with giving you the best set of acrylics I’ve had. The team here a just a fantastic bunch and they really know how to do their job well and look after the customers with fair prices. Do not hesitate!!!

Very professional at what they do. I’ve been to quite a few places and none of them compare to Heaven Hair & Nails. We recently used the Hairdresser for a family wedding and amazing is an understatement! The amount we paid didn’t seem fair to the quality service she provides!!

i have gotten a full set of acrylics here a few times and i am always so happy with the quality of these nails! as someone who struggles with acrylic nails always falling off and not lasting long, i was so surprised with these. will definately be coming back! :)

Had a great experience this morning. Got a refill and coloured matte black. As always fast, clean, friendly and left extremely happy with my nails. If your looking for somewhere to get your nails done this is the place to go
