I wasn’t going to write a review but I’ve had odd experiences more than once here. The pharmacist is lovely and highly professional, but It’s really stuck out to me that one of the other staff is quite abrupt and rude. I do think she’s well intentioned and maybe doesn’t realise her behaviour comes off that way, but when I was repeatedly told “you’re too young for anti inflammatory medicine, just take Panadol” not only did I feel judged and invalidated, I felt uncomfortable too. The medicine I asked for was a packet of over the counter voltaren yet she insisted to ask the pharmacist for permission…. I was only able to buy a packet after telling her I suffer from chronic pain conditions. Honestly I shouldn’t have to name and explain my medical conditions, which is private information, (to a non-medical professional) in order to buy a reasonable amount of over the counter medicine. This is only one of the few experiences I’ve had here. I just feel awkward about it and I’ve tried to return since to give another chance but I’ve had similar experiences.

What fantastic service - thank you!!! I've had so many issues with online orders lately that it is so refreshing to have had such awesome service every step of the way. My order was packed the same day and I received it the very next day from another State, and the communication of where my parcel was at every step was great. Even the message saying it was delivered "but don't worry if you haven't got it, we'll help" was awesome. Super happy with your service, thank you. Fantastic online experience and amazing communication. I shop online a lot, but Super Pharmacy's system of keeping me updated on what's happening with my order is one of the best I've seen. I really appreciated the texts they sent keeping me updated at every stage of them picking, packing, sending and delivering my order. On top of that, they had a good range of products, cheap prices, and fast delivery.

Wow wow wow! Where do I even start! This is my first time ordering from SuperPharmacy for some very obscure dressing. Order was quickly processed, shipped and in my hands within 2 days of purchase. The packaging used was also environmentally friendly and well packaged to protect my order during transit. Could not have been happier with the service. Thank you so much, team!

I was contact by a representative of the pharmacy to let me the medicine I order had a very short expiry date. They wanted to check if I still wanted to go ahead with the order. I requested to cancel the order. They happily obliged. I am very impressed that they took the time to check the expiry date and to check with me. Much appreciated

Cannot thank Zina and Mary enough. They were so helpful and thoughtful in working through my query. Mary also did a great job assisting my mother in store. Service of this nature is so uncommon in today's day and age and really made an impression. Will certainly be back and highly recommended for any pharmacy needs :)

Found the dental floss I like at the best price, even including postage. Delivery was efficient and got regular updates. Have ordered from here before and will again. Recommend.
