I have attended the Waverley Family Healthcare clinic for about 10 years after meeting the owner through cycling, and his doctors and practitioners have always provided me an excellent & comprehensive level of service & care for many needs, some very serious. I introduced a number of my cycling friends to the clinic and when the 24 hour Medical Centre & Pharmacy opened this provided an even higher level of community service not available close to me at Balwyn or Camberwell or Box Hill. Sadly my wife would not drive this far for her medical needs and shopped around close by our home, and her medical checks & cancer condition were too late at stage 4 diagnosis to give her early & maybe life saving treatment because her medical records were all over the place & not at one clinic. I am saddened that she has recently passed away and I know & said to the doctors & pharmacists here that attending this Medical Centre & Pharmacy in one convenient location, with me, would have provided greater knowing & initial care and maybe even saved her life. I CAN SAY VERY PERSONALLY THAT THE TOTAL 24HR MEDICAL & PHARMACY SERVICE AT WFHC IS BRILLIANT FOR ME & NEEDED IN OUR GROWING MELBOURNE METROPOLIS. I hope this review is read widely & gains Dr Alan Cunneen and all Doctors & Pharmacists there much support to keep the licences to operate this Centre after the June review.

Terry White Mt Waverley near Pinewood have been the most amazing find.about 18 months ago. Prior to this pharmacy opening there were two other pharmacies in the area. They were so arrogant making me feel quite uncomfortable when asking any advice. We drove to pharmacies further away rather than be treated that way. I decided to try Terry White not long after they opened.. Well it is a new experience to be treated as if your health matters by Yen, David and Jay they are absolutely amazing. Yen and David are the most knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful pharmacists I have met. I have dealt mostly with Jay for other queries she is a treasure always smiling and goes out of her way to help. Never is anything a trouble to these genuine friendly people. Have had minimal contact with other staff but have found everyone that works there to be friendly and helpful. Cannot praise them enough. Thank you to all of you best thing that has happened to Pinewood area.

Needed a chemist late on Christmas eve.. almost didnt bother to check but so glad I did. Christmas eve and again on Christmas morning at the Chemist. What a huge relief knowing there is a local Chemist open 24/7. Plus, I honestly expected them to be twice as expensive given the opening times. But they weren't. Not as cheap as Chemist Warehouse on some items, but still nowhere near what I had been paying at my standard 9-5 Chemists. I've started going there for everything, simply to support the service. I don't care that it's costing an extra couple of dollars compared to Chemist Warehouse because I'd much rather support them to keep the service available.

I have worked in the medical field for many years and always dealt with the local pharmacy, however after retiring I started going to a couple of different pharmacies close to home. I then found Terry White opening in the same area. From the very first visit to this pharmacy the staff were so caring and considerate I was so happy with their service. The pharmacists I have mainly dealt with Yen and David are amazing, so helpful and reassuring with advice. Particularly when starting a new medication. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant also. These guys definitely price match in fact have a large sign up. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I came in with my family on Friday at 10:30 PM on 14 October. I picked up some medication for my nephew, and the pharmacist that served me was one of the most excellent and understanding healthcare professionals I have come across. She spent a lot of time explaining the medications and recommending the proper Types and wound care. I have never experienced such an excellent pharmacist in my 29 years. We live in Glen Huntley, but I will make the trip back to Mount Waverly to see this wonderful lady. I cannot express how good the service was on a busy Friday night. I am forever grateful, and I will be a returning customer. Thank you so much.

I’ve been going here for just over 6 months now. Visiting chemists has always made me feel anxious for some reason, but it’s always a pleasant experience every time I come here and I feel zero anxiety now. Webster pack service for free is amazing and I never miss any of my meds now where I was bad before. Every script they are happy to price match and beat chemist warehouse by 50 cents as well. That means i now have super friendly and helpful service that’s open 24/7 and they’re the best price around. Couldn’t recommend them anymore or fault them on anything! Oh and their app is amazing too for seeing all your scripts and repeats left!

Our family is so glad to have a 24hrs doctor and pharmacy available in the nearby vicinity. Being parents of a 2 year old it gives us great comfort and relief that we're only minutes away from a pharmacy and doctor who are available 24/7. We have used this facility and the 24 hour pharmacy multiple times, many times late at night when we could not get medication from anywhere else and we are grateful for this service. Extremely knowledgable about meds, & accessible in person or on phone for medication advice by a pharmacist 24 hours 7 days a week. Wide range of products (or will order in for u) at very competitive prices & will price match. Will help even with informal delivery of meds if disabled or acutely injured/unwell &,cant get physical access to pharm for days. Very impressed with this pharmacy, their hours, quality service, and all staff knowledge over broard medical/pharmaceutical issues.

Went to buy a laxative for my 7 month old daughter, and I told them I needed to be careful because she has a bad dairy allergy. She then gives me a laxative that I bought, which upon double checking contains an ingredient that is well known to have dairy in it, which was even the main name of the product. When I returned it she had no idea ! Very disappointed, if I didn't know i would have taken her advice and it could have been quite a bad outcome.

This 24hr Chemist and the 24hr doctors that are right next door are both simply amazing!! Since moving to this area 4 years ago, we have only needed this chemist a few times, but each of those times it was at very late at night or very early (3am) hours of the morning. The closeness to the nearby freeway means that it is easy to get to for almost anyone on this side of melbourne. The staff are so helpful and very friendly.

It's sad that this pharmacy is now no longer open till midnight. Although staff are nice, I don't have any real incentive to come here instead of neighbouring priceline or other cheaper alternatives. Hence, the 3 stars. Personally, the appeal was that it was open till late. Hopefully, they will reinstate the late night hours again.

The people at this pharmacy could not do a better a job. They have literally helped me in the middle of the night in my worst moments of need. None of the other pharmacies in the area have even come near the quality of care I received there. Hoping that this pharmacy sticks around for many years to come!

We were once holidaying in the area, when we needed medication, and as other pharmacies were closed at 21.00, we were told that Terry White Chemmart was open 24 hours. We were so grateful, because it helped us to continue our holiday, without medical problems. Thanks Terry White Chemmart.

Fantastic customer service, love the ap for reminders. So easy, doc sends script via text, by the time I get to pharmacy it’s ready. You can place order anytime, ask questions and even ask them to order in. Most convenient system, couldn’t go anywhere else now.

I am truly in support of the 24 hrs pharmacy. But, for n exact medicine, we were asked to pay $29 which was available for $9. As they do price match, please check the prices of medicines online before buying it.

Attended around midnight one night in June last year (2018) with 12 year old son - Dr Cunneen fantastic - and able to fill script on the spot - saved waiting in A&E all night!
