This station used to host some of the dodgiest people of the area at night, but it has since got better in this regard. During peak hours trains are fairly frequent but in the evening about one every 30 minutes which is not very good for a city like London. Also with so many stops en route, if you are coming from North of the station you might be faster going to Bromley South.

A very simple and quiet station interchange. A small ticket office is provided in the arcade like building and access to both the platforms and car park adjacent is step free. Only noticed a single ticket machine however Oyster is accepted here which is nice. Buses stop right outside the station.

The gents' toilet had been vandalized and was closed. Trains direct to Charing Cross were not available so it was necessary to get a Cannon Street train and change at London Bridge. However, this was not immediately obvious but a member of staff was on hand to advise us of this.

A quiet Station on the last stop of Southeasten rail. Trains from here go to Cannon street via Lewisham every 15min monday to Saturday's and sundays is every 30min service. Easy access to the station and platforms no ticket barriers here.

Stairs between the platforms is one hurdle for physically challenged. Let's look forward for mechanisations for the comfort and convenience of the travellers!
