Havering Therapy Centre have treated me on a number of occasions in recent years for various problems with my knees and back. I have always found them to be very professional and effective in their treatment. My recent visits for a shoulder problem saw the same high standards I have come to expect. Shruti conducted the initial examination very thoroughly and explained everything very clearly. My confidence was further strengthened when Graham provided a second opinion. I saw an immediate improvement in my condition and after a couple of weeks the problem was completely resolved. All the staff at Havering Therapy Centre are courteous and very helpful. Highly recommended for any problems requiring physiotherapy.

After rupturing my ACL and having reconstructive surgery, I would not have made the recovery I did without Graham. The personal and understanding approach is amazing. For myself who has a passion in a career, I can see this in Graham's treatment, knowledge and experience. I cannot express my gratitude enough, for the early stages of rehab are the most important, which has rebuilt the foundations for me to now get back to a previous level snowboarding I didn't think I would be able to get back to so soon. This was nearly the hardest experience of my life to go through, but without this brillant team, I feel the present outcome would be quite different. Keep up the amazing work you all do.

I'm not someone who normally leaves a review but I really wanted to express my thanks for such a great deep tissue massage from Aiga at havering therapy centre. I have had pain and knots in my shoulders and neck for several months , I was put at ease when conducting a medical questionnaire and straight away knew that the therapist had an indepth knowledge of the body and various massages and treatments that would help me. After the massage Aiga said It was apparent that my pain was related to stress and recommended a holistic massage next time I visit. This centre was a real find and ill certainly be booking again soon.

We have used Havering Therapy Centre for the last twelve years and I cannot praise them enough, every one of us (family of five) over the years has been to see Graham for a different problem along the way. We have had football injuries, trampoline accidents, neck problems due to bad sleep posture, etc and no matter what the issue Graham has always found the solution to get us all back on the mend. To find a very honest physio who’s not looking to repeat book you in for unneeded treatment is hard to come by, we’re very grateful to have a local physio that’s exceptional and who’s looking out for his customers, thank you.

This is a ‘hidden gem’ in Hornchurch. Many thanks to Graham / Neil and the team at the centre. Following a nasty break in my leg last year I was unable to walk properly and had great difficulty going down stairs. The team managed to diagnose the problem and have given great advice / guidance on the correct physio / sports massages and general encouragement. The leg has improved significantly and I have regained my confidence. The reception staff are charming and operates in a covid compliant manner. Thank you again !

I brought my daughter to see Lana as she had been suffering greatly with her toe. She explained everything to us both. Lana was wonderfully patient and kind as my daughter became very anxious and distressed. She gently coaxed my daughter to trust her and treatment was quick and painless. She has had no pain since and her toe was greatly healed after just 48 hours. We can’t thank her enough. We mustn’t forget the very warm and kind lady on reception too. I would highly recommend Lana and the centre.

From the first phone call, and the receptionist hearing my distress, the support I've received from Graham and his team has been exceptional. Having been diagnosed with sciatica and leg weakness Graham has provided exercises, and support for my long term future, also assisting me when I had a minor relapse. From reception to the physios, you are known as a person with a name, not just a number. Exceptional service, would highly recommend

Very friendly staff and Covid secure environment, taking care to ensure everyone stays apart and plenty of hand sanitizer available. I thought I was good value for money and got an appointment with the physo Jack quickly. On appointment Jack wore full PPE and was friendly and explained everything clearly. I would definitely recommend giving this Therapy center a go.

Havering Therapy Centre were very quick to deal with my query and get me booked in for an appointment. I spoke with Christina via email who was prompt in reply and was polite and helpful at every step. I was seen by Coryn and her advice was very helpful, she was easy to talk to and I would definitely see her again and recommened anyone else to.

I have been seeing Graham at this practice for a few years, and after visiting various other practices over the years. Havering therapy centre is the only place that have managed to ease the pain and discomfort I have from a back issue. I wouldn’t contemplate going anywhere else, I really can’t recommend them highly enough.

I’m a bricklayer and had muscle spasm problems for years in my back but didn’t know that it was related to my job. I visited Graham who knew immediately what it was and helped solve the problem temporarily with therapy.Then long term by recommending that I have one to one training to strengthen core muscles in my body.

Just had my feet done by Tracey a Foot Health Practitioner at the centre and was very satisfied. Very friendly lady and offered me lots of advice on how to look after my feet. All measures are taken to stay safe, hand sanitisers, masks and distancing while waiting to be seen. Would definitely go back..

Absolute champion is Graham, he's given me a chance to have mobility back again considering I've been in constant pain for the last 4 years. Although I'm not 100% however there's definitely been improvement in my condition and I'm so glad to have met Graham a real carer for human life. Thank you

The staff are very professional and experienced. I felt very safe in the clinic with all the staff wearing the PPE. I would definitely recommend the clinic to people.
