So, minor back ground history, this place used to be called Joseph’s Flowers, was a great establishment for the longest time, in fact, proposed to my wife in the store so needless to say a strong emotional connection above and beyond a simple business minded one -enough to maintain business for many years to come. Ordering flowers for my wife once, forgot the main flower in the arrangement, but they made up for it later, take two, sub par flowers that died rapidly despite ordering their most pricey size/upgrade. Finally they provided us with a large arrangement for a holiday, numerous of the flowers that came looked dead on the arrival day, within one day of proper care - they were. When asked via phone to order again they mentioned next time it would be free as they’d like to make it up to me and keep my business. Fast forward to this morning, they call me to see if I want to place an order this year, I inform the staff member of the last episode, instead of honouring their word, when I brought up the incident I was rushed rudely and hastily off the phone with an “I understand okay”. Needless to say I think this time they have lost my business. It’s really sad when an establishment you gave business to over the years doesn’t stand by their product or by their word. Sad to say but, with so many good flower shops in the city all I can do is advise you to be open to picking another that cares for their clientele…

I did a google search for a flower shop close to my wife's work and hatcher was the first to come up. I did call a closer shop first, but whoever answered the phone just said hello (without stating their business name) and was rude so I hung up. Called Hatcher and spoke to Bob who was very friendly off the bat. I called around 10am and they said they could deliver by 4pm...perfect! He looked up my info and lo and behold I used them 3 years ago for flowers for my wife. My wife was supposed to leave work at 6, but left at 4 due to patients cancelling and I got a call from Bob saying the driver got to my wife's work and her clinic was closed. I offered to come pick up the flowers, but he said his driver was willing to drive to my house in Scarborough to drop them off. It was actually a nice surprise from my wife as she didn't expect flowers to be delivered at home and I didn't have to leave the house with 2 little babies. Thanks to Hatcher Florist for another great experience. Driving to our house was above and beyond what I expected them to do. In addition, the driver wouldn't accept the tip I offered him! I'll be sure to add you to my phone's address book so I won't waste time looking for another florist.

I have walked in to this store 3 times now. Have had bad experiences all 3 times. The first time my boyfriend and I walked in to get my mom flowers on her birthday. The ladie that was working didn't come out to talk to us. We had to go in the back and ask her to come out and help us. She told us that she was the only one working and was on the phone for us to wait until she was done answering the persons questions on the phone. Fine. We waited 10 min and she never came out so we left. We just went back today 30 mins before closing to give her another chance. No one came out to see what we wanted. We waited for a good 10 min just to see if anyone would come and no one did. I would never go back here! I recommend that people do the same. Customer service is very important to me. I just wanted to say a belated and quick thanks for all the help and assistance with the flowers for our wedding provided by Hatcher Florist. It should be said that of all the services we used during the day of and preceding - Hatcher was without a doubt the most informative and helpful and certainly the quickest to catch/notice/communicate back on the little things (e.g. timelines on the flowers). I highly recommend this flower shop (even though we've never actual met face to face) for all their professionalism. On the day of, I saw the flowers when I arrived and never had to question them once. And she loved them! Much appreciated!

I just hired Hatcher Florists to create the most beautiful arrangements for my best friend's "Celebration of Life Service". I have used other florists but what I can honestly say about Hatcher Florists is their impeccable attention to detail. Their courteous service, professionalism while working with me to create what I had envisioned showed the care with their work and product. Collin was very supportive and was able to supply me with podiums to help me present the arrangements beautifully. Wonderful service! I have used Hatcher Florist several times in the past and have always received great feedback from the recipients of their arrangements. Most recently, I wanted to keep my Mom safe during the pandemic but also wanted her to have something beautiful for Mother's Day as I live in a different province. We arranged for Hatcher to send a potted orchid and my Mom said it is the nicest orchid she has ever had. And she really appreciated Hatcher's very organized and safe delivery. I asked for bright flower with color and send pics. Got a white arrangement with little color. Then ask for specific colors. He sent a pic of arrangement with a color I didn't ask for and it was dark. So I had him change it. Then he wouldnt send any more pics after he said he changed out to unwanted color. In the end the wife got a ugly dark gloomy arrangement which was far from what I asked for. Wasted $100 and my time. She wasn't excited for them when I asked her about them.

I highly recommend Hatcher Florist. What distinguishes this business from competitors is Consistency. They maintain a high level of quality in their service and consistently deliver very fresh & beautiful flower arrangements. I had flower bouquets delivered to my doorstep by Hatched Florist for quite sometime now and never been disappointed, in fact quite the opposite - each and every one was fresh and absolutely gorgeous.

I was incredibly impressed with the level of customer service at Hatcher Florist. I needed the flowers to be delivered the same day and it was already 3 pm. I called at least five flower shops and only Hatcher was ready to talk to the driver and check if he can squeeze my order in. Excellent service from Collin. Beautifully arranged flowers. I ordered online after hours and the next morning, they had already prepared the arrangements ready for delivery and that was 20 mins after the store had opened for the day. The flowers were in even more beautiful in person than in photos. I will definitely order from this place again. Highly recommended!

Twice I've ordered flowers for a Toronto address while I live in Northern Ireland. Twice I saw pictures of them and both times they were beautiful. The service I receive from Hatcher’s is phenomenal! I do not use “phenomenal” lightly. One does not receive service like this very often. Their arrangements are gorgeous! The arrangements are personalized and unique. I certainly recommend this florist especially if you are sending flowers to the special people in your life!

The recipients of their flowers are bowled over by the arrangements and the most recent order was spectacular - everything that I asked for.

I needed flowers early in the morning. I placed order at 17:00 the day before... at 9:00 a nice gentleman delivered amazing roses and Balloon that helped me bring a sweet smile to my beloved wife's beautiful face. The roses, arrangement, and everything were AWESOME. I will always stay as their customer.

Great flower arrangements for the great price. Ordered flowers online based on pictures, have not seen them as of yet, but got a very happy call from the recepient. PayPal option for paymet was very helpful, as I didn't have my credit card with me at the time of the order.
