In the 20mins I stood in the whte goods section waiting without any acknowledgement or assistance to purchase a product I'd already decided on, I listened to staff keep up subtle but relentless pressure tactics to customers.i get that covid has causes supply issues, but wow were they laying it on thick. Took every inch of control to not say something as a poor old couple were pressured in to buying when they weren't ready. I took the next 20mins to walk over the road and see what stock the other retailers had. Came back to the HN clearance centre, spent the next 25mins waiting for my partner to call back.... again unattended by HN white goods staff. Not until I was on the phone and now walking out the store a second time did the first white goods staff even acknowledge me. 101 in how to turn an already decided sale, into one for your opposition, and a bad review

Great place to shop with a large range of goods. Bonus here is you can select from the scratch and dent range. We saved $100.00 for a missing box. The item (a washing machine) was in perfect condition and came with all the warranties you get if you paid for the box too if you follow. Shout out to Wanda who helped us both over the phone then in person a few hours later. Thanks for making the shopping experience easy. One thing I was not aware of is that every Harvey Norman store is not linked so if you usually shop in one store your details are not shared with the entire conglomerate. New white goods and I learnt something. A good day out.

I had the pleasure of getting served by Allen. He is one incredible sales man, and a great example for your store. He did absolutely everything he could possibly do for me as a customer with a polite a friendly manner. He is greatly appreciated, valued and respected in my eyes as a customer. I would go back and buy something again because of him and only to be served by him again. I just wish that all of the other sales representatives within the Harvey Norman Stores were like him. Just want to say a big thank you to Michael for going above and beyond in purchasing my new washing machine we can't thank him enough I took his word in his description of the machine and the quality of the product and he even let me do a one-off payment cod and organised the delivery the next day and the installed it and took the old one away I definitely recommend buying from Michael and his team at the Marion clearance centre thanks everyone involved hats of to the team keep up the great work

I have been a loyal customer of HN for 15 years Great people to buy from- especially the flooring guys- great customer service Owen is a gentleman Here are some DIY pics More pics to follow The product is Vinyl Hybrid floating floor planks distressed timber pattern- 100% waterproof, soft & extremely quiet underfoot-warm in winter and cool in summer- you can essentially eat of the floor - Not recommended or encouraged-just my opinion- it is so good and easy to clean

Sent an email to Harvey Norman on 20/10/2021 regarding a fault with a Whirlpool Front load Washing Machine that we purchased (refer Ticket Received - Query for Harvey Norman [5953]) , received a confirmation email advising that someone would get back to us within 48 hours, its now 7/11/2021 and still no reply. Had to follow up with Whirlpool last week because the machine is ruining our cloths and near vibrating itself to bits.....Very, Very Poor After Sales Service.

Came into this store loved the gentleman named will . Who is such a happy funny man but goes out of his way to help you . His service is unbelievable. More people like him should be in that store as a sales person . The reception where we paid did not smile at all . Lack of enthusiasm this was Sunday at closing time . 12/7/2020 . Lady smile in future maybe learn some character on how to treat ur customers learn of will . Sorry but needed to put this out there.

The place is expensive for a clearance stock...you rather go to their stores. No assistance or help available unless you approach someone. The service is really poor...as the guys working there are busy chatting among themselves. If your happy to shop without any help...you might find, what your looking for. Disappointed.

Had an amazing experience shopping here. The staffs are super friendly and knowledgeable. They are good at recommending the right fit product for your budget/needs. Spacious layout . Price was great- happily negotiated. Would have been great if they had a baby change facility and an area for kids to sit down.

We are very happy with the new updated, huge and very clean store and to be closer to us and love the new store and the staff, called in for a peak came home with a new Jami sound bar, fantastic sound thanks Harvey Norman

Didn't find to many reductions here to be honest. Looked for a fridge and stove plus microwave.. Found prices slight cheaper than other stores without discount. I'm sure they have more room to move but seeing it was an outlet I expected items to be reduced by plenty..

After visiting today couldn't find anything that was a clearance bargain. Sadly a wasted visit. Before buying anything here buyer beware double check prices elsewhere first. Don't be taken in by the smoke and mirrors of claims of retail prices and sale tags.

Surprisingly good. We needed to get a new fridge because our old one was playing up. There were plenty of new and ex-display fridges and some with tiny dents. We got a great deal and they will deliver it and take the old one.

Wanted to buy a rice cooker, first went to an 'excellent person' store, checked the price, walked in to this Harvey Norman store, found the same item $20 lower! No brainer. Bought this item straightaway.

Was greeted as soon as we walked in and directed to the area that we required . Served by Serge and found him very good and best of all not pushy. We were in and out in under 20 minutes excellent .

Bought a brand new leather lounge un August 2020 repoted a fault with one of the electric recliners in September 2020...Jan 2021 still waiting for this to be fixed...sad customer service

Good place to shop on any outgoing models of electrical appliances. Extensive range to choose from with freindly staff that don't appear too pushy on closing sales.

Customer service here was brilliant, as i walked in had 3 staff members offering assistance .I went to 3 other stores and no one was interested in moving to help.

The TV guy helped me purchase a 65" hisense tv, l haven't set it up yet but I'm sure l will enjoy the size of the picture. It looked really clear in the pixels

Honestly a surprise. There are quite a few bargains to be had, depending on what you are looking for. Ex display stock and discontinued, end of model items.

Average range in bedding. Did not seem to be fantastic prices. It was clearance of possible floor stock and last years designs not true clearance prices
