For some time now, my fridelles that I pay almost $5 for have not been edible. Almost no fries have any slices... and the slices are so hard that you can break a tooth... Very disappointed!!! At the price it costs could you please push yourself a little and if it's your job the problem maybe you redirect yourself elsewhere

The service is lousy, the food is not always good and what's more, I order from the incompetent Skip and he gets the wrong order, the delivery guy leaves the order on the balcony and leaves and I'm not able to reach anyone at Harvey's and Skip, I I'm not a Skip subscriber and I would never subscribe. Very clean, fast service, food was served perfectly hot and tasted just like what Harvey's should taste. Delicious. And loved the fact that they are environmentally contious, no plastic forks gave me a metal one and no plastic cup covers or tray paper. Soon they will have biodegradable paper straws. Enjoy!

Food tastes good. Service is good but sometimes can be slow. During peak hours, wait time is minimal. Its the slower times that makes the difference. Maybe less staff or they don't care as much. Overall it's good enough for me to keep going back …

Honestly, I've never had such bad service like this (giving it a 3rd chance, because we love Harvey's). It takes on average 5 minutes to be addressed by the cashier so that she can take our order, they are too busy talking among themselves

Looks like the restaurant is going to close next week. Half of the soda flavors in the machine are out of order. A menu board behind the counter has been flickering for over a month. One in two sinks does not work. More

Sandwich is good, if they don't make any mistakes in it, fries are St-Hubert fries and they are always dry and cold. Also no supervisor on weekends. Would not recommend this restaurant.

Love Harvey's but only thing is this place is shared with St. Hubert and we waited about 5 minutes before having to go searching for a cashier to serve us. A little disappointing :(

No breakfast drive thru ? It has one but it's not open for breakfast ? What's with that ? I go in and it takes 10 minutes for an order of waffles and coffee for take out. Not fast.

They always forget an item in the order and today they forgot a whole trio. Only order there if you're ready to have a hard time and constantly ask for a refund.

Fast and tasty! I'd love if they would bring back the bacon mayo. Had it a couple of times and it was yummy!

Sadly, the staff cannot complete an order right. They forgot items and had a hard time getting things down.

They try to guilt- trip you into tipping at the drive-thru... pathetic! BTW I usually always tip …
