I don’t even know where to start! I’ve been doing online business for many years and post offices have always been a place that are extremely important to me, as I put all the trust on them, to make sure parcels are delivered and my orders received! Since I had to travel more frequently in the past months (personal reasons), to make sure some of my orders don’t go a stray - I sent them to this post office, hoping they would keep them safe until my friend collects them and takes to my apartment (oddly, I warned them about this before leaving). They live in Ealing so can’t come every second day to collect a box. I know you have issues with space, I normally order 30-40 boxes - and ordered only a tiny fraction of what I normally would - these are not my summery dresses! I am very shocked at how you treated my friends when they came to collect orders, by telling them lies about bank card being not enough to collect or threatening to send the rest back for no reason? They had to come next day again, let me repeat myself - they are not local! You had only 7 orders, what is wrong with you guys? Zara sometimes divides orders in 2 that may seem a lot, but it absolutely wouldn’t take all your space. Because of this I am now down approx. 700£ as Zara is not processing any refunds for REFUSED PARCELS! You literally ROBBED ME £700 just because you wanted to! I hope that makes you sleep tighter and please, never ask me again how is my business doing. After 5 years with you guys, I never expected this.

HIGHLY ADVISED TO NOT VISIT-I'll write a review, and keep writing them regardless if they delete it. I don't really recommend this branch. Staff can be rude, especially the owner who is there sometimes, I wanted to take a photo of just my parcel and nothing else in the post office and got rudely yelled at. Told me to leave the store to take a photo. Ended up calling it a day and here I am with my second review. Please don't delete the review again, I'll certainly be reporting this to post office corporate. Very hideous management.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. So rude it’s unnecessary! Every time I go in there they bully me and today they had the audacity to call me a liar right to my face! They also overcharged me by £7.00 and i know that because i tried to post my parcel online and it was only £8.50 but I couldn’t print the label at home so i went in there and to my great surprise i was charged nearly £16.00!!!!!!! I will never ever ever go to this branch. They are a disgrace to Royal Mail.

Extremely rude man no customer service skills. I went today with a return parcel because they have a printer. They had some technical difficulties so I waited patiently for about 10min for them to fix it. He then rudely tells me I need to print the label myself or return with a barcode without apologising for the wait.

I went for photo for british passport and i asked staff hair and everything ok . He said yes... He took picture..after 5 min , when he gave photo...picture is dark due to lack of light and hair is not right . Service is rubbish ...i suggest dont go their find another option

Quite literally the worst post office in England. Never open during the opening times that it says so you never know when you’re going to get there and it will just be closed. Also horrific customer service

This branch is really a nightmare and has been for 10 years now. Awful customer service. Unhelpful. Really really disappointing. It really needs sorting out, our community deserves better.

Be aware, they overcharge you even when you have the correct weight when you bring a prepaid label or stamps. Cheap owners wanting to make extra pennies!

Beware of what they charge you. They will bully you into unnecessarily buying the premium post service with tracking for every small letter.
