What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with Michelle at Harrison Funerals. Nothing was too much trouble for her during our grieving process and although if was a difficult time, Michelle ensured that we were all ok and allowed us that time without pushing us to make decisions and choices before we were ready. We had every option available to us from, caskets, to flowers also memorial cards for our private service. This was accommodated by the staff for a private and quiet farewell for my Beautiful Mother. They made it intimate and as private as we wanted it to be. Please know there are no hard sales pitches here and what we added and removed in our package was all broken down and priced separately so we knew exactly what the cost would be. We were fortunate to have Carol Smithson from Harrisons as our funeral director. She supported us at one of the most difficult times in our lives and immediately put us at ease. She offered a calming presence and her wit matched our family perfectly, helping to reduce the heaviness. She organised a beautiful celebration of life for us, taking care of everything from photos, flowers, advertising, recommending a celebrant and the days proceedings. Carol was empathetic and compassionate to our needs and was a consummate professional. We are grateful to Carol and the team at Harrisons and highly recommend their professional services.

Very happy with the genuine care and attention received at Harrison’s Funerals Ridgehaven . All staff were very considerate and met our needs. Catering options available if required, we chose tea coffee and light snack, I felt this was adequate as Service was after lunch and most guests happy to just chat and catch up. Beautiful calm ambience in Chapel and surrounds outside.

Courtney was fantastic to deal with from beginning to end. She helped us navigate a very difficult time with compassion, understanding and great experience. My late mother's service was held here it was the worst experience of my life the service was disgusting the recording and live streaming service was down and they did not inform us till after the service had finished so our family has no recording to look back on if they would have told us wr would have organised a professional recording ourselves.

Harrison's funeral did an exemplary job of our dear mothers funeral service. At a time when we were wandering around in a fog of grief they kindly, professionally, and compassionately guided through to the most beautiful service. Have a lovely auditorium with an inset glassed room with flowers outside and a waterfall, coffin inside , very heart-lifting in such a terrible time. Gives you a glimpse not just of the reality of your loss, but also of your dear ones future estate in heaven.

On the 13th of July 2021 I attended the funeral of a long time family friend. My fathers funeral was at the same location a little over 2 years ago. Lovely setting and the staff are wonderful. Harrison's do it better than anyone in my opinion
