17:54 today 20.12.2020 I tapped out at the gates when a guy with a scooter pushes from behind forcing the gates without tapping out. The station staff were completely oblivious to this and were pretending they did not see what had just happened. I see this kind of behavior coming from station staff quite often when they let people get away without paying. This is not fair to those who are paying! Action should be taken with station staff.

Left my phone on the train at Gidea Park. All tfl staff I spoke to were very quick in helping me get it back, particularly Rumel at Harold Wood station, who found the phone and kept it safe until I was able to collect it.

Be aware that traffic officers patrol this area. Do not drop anyone off on the taxi bays
