The technician who took my X-Rays was very patient. The Dentist who cleaned my teeth was very good and it was not painful. On 09/12/22 I had an appointment for implant, I was very nervous because I never had one. The Dentist and the receptionist assured me that I would be alright. The procedure was painless, thank you for a job well done. I must give thanks to God because I prayed that everything would be alright. I was seen today, 1/18/23 for the second procedure for my implant. The Dentist numbed my gums to give me pain killer and reopened my gums to place a healing cap where my tooth will go. They did an awesome job, I did not feel any pain and they were very thoughtful to ensure I was okay. They make you feel comfortable and during the procedure they always ask if you’re alright. Going me feel comfortable. Today’s visit-7/11/23 was very pleasant. They don’t have you waiting for long, if you come in on time or early to your appointment you will be seen. While working on you, they always ask if you’re alright. I love the concern they show for the patients. On 8/3/23 I was in the office for a cleaning. Every staff member greeted me with a smile and they were very kind. While taking care of you, they are always asking if you are alright or if there is any discomfort. I always feel comfortable at my appointment.

Entering, I was a bit skeptical. However, the Staff was very welcoming, and everyone explained and answered any questions. From the Radiologist to the Doctor doing a pre-checkup before the hygienist comes in and lets you know if there are any concerns. The exam rooms were clean, the instruments were sealed, and I was comfortable. Honestly, this is one of the BEST cleanings I’ve had, and the hygienist recommends anything less/more you should do to take care of your precious teeth. I'm a picky customer- This is a great Harlem Dental Office.

Honesty post! I haven’t been to the dentist is 10-15 years. I started experiencing tooth pain and as terrified as I was I scheduled my appointment with Harlem Dental based on their positive reviews. My initial appointment was quick and super professional (from the ladies in the front to the staff in the back). Exceptional customer service. The receptionist were very friendly and helped me locate my member ID # fast. The dental assistants were very kid friendly and fast. The establishment was very clean and smelled good. The dentist was amazing and it was great seeing a young black female dentist, we need more representation in our community. They are very thorough and work well together. I would highly recommend.

I been coming to the Dentist for years and they are very polite and friendly. I just had a cleaning and the hygienist was very thorough and gentle with the cleaning. The red color glasses I wore during the cleaning calmed my anxiety and made the visit relaxing.
