I am absolutely appalled in the professionalism by your company. Your property manager Karlee Stephens hosted an open inspection at my property today and allowed perspective tenants to view my home unaccompanied and when I returned wardrobes had been opened with hand prints all over the mirrored doors and even the top draw of my tall boy opened. Where is the respect for my privacy as a tenant !!! My floors were left covered in muddy footprints and mud squished into the carpets!! I also witnessed your agent standing on the side walk as all the people entered into my home that I still pay rent on and still occupy up until the 25th of August without being accompanied by her. Where is the respect for me as the current tenant and my right to be present when she so clearly has a lack of care. I would never rent another property though your agency ever again

Not given fair go. Property in Maslin. Asking 749k-799k. First offer was $815k. Contact by Kate the following day to do another offer. I then asked Kate 'Is this my best and final offer"? I was advised this was not and I would have another opportunity for BAFO after this. So i offered $901k. Today I expected to get a phone call to see where everything was at, unfortunately Kate informed me the property has been sold? I queried how is this possible as best and finals have not yet been called. She then went quiet and lied that they had. Contacted principal Sandy and he expressed poor dealings here. Will raise this further with REIA. Missed opportunity for all vendors and buyers. Also - Agent at open only wants to sell to locals to secure next listing.
