Went in for a foot pedicure and massage for 5 people. Firstly they seemed like they were not prepared for us even though we made an appointment because they were prepping and looking for tools and kept us waiting for a while which is not professional (they were all seated as we entered so I don’t think they had anyone else before us) Secondly I don’t think this establishment takes hygiene and health seriously. No one took our temperature or made us sanitise before entering. We were seated at the lobby so there were several phone calls coming in and no one to answer so it kept ringing for a while which was not a relaxing experience at all. Staff was talking across the room to each other when they needed something which is so not professional. They had to keep interrupting the session several times which meant putting our feet up and down several times when they forgot to get some tool or needed to answer the phone. The staff were sharing tools among each other. My masseuse used the food scraping tool to put it into the scrub container and take out some scrub mixture with it. There was not enough product so they were all sharing with each other and didn’t use enough product (scrub) Also my feet look exactly the same as before I went. None of the dry skin on my heels was taken off. The staff seemed like they were not interested in doing their job well and just wanted to rush through it as soon as possible. The seating for the masseuse is too high which means that we have to keep our leg stretched out at a really high level which was very uncomfortable and not relaxing at all. There was even a point they raised our leg really high to use some of the tools which was super uncomfortable and not at all professional. People come here to relax, not for you guys to put us in uncomfortable positions. Masseuse chairs are meant to be ground level to be as comfortable as possible for the client and the fact that they rest our feet on their lap is not professional at all usually there is a rest for your feet. This was not a comfortable experience at all.

So first of all, careful, the prices online/on google maps are not the right ones. So, we called and had an appointment right away for the following hour, which was great ! But once we arrived, the staff was not specially welcoming, they just told us to take our shoes off before sending us in a room with no indication on what was happening. They came back with a little tub and asked us if we wanted “foot salt” without even mentioning the fact that we need to pay more (ok it’s 390per person, but still, I would have liked to be warned). Then, the ladies started the massage (which was great, nothing to say on that!), but they kept watching the clock making it seem like they were in a hurry to finish .. And at the end, surprise, the price for the foot massage is more expensive that the price we’ve had discussed on the phone AND they added the price of the salt. When I tried to explain that that was not what we talked about, they didn’t even answer. It just felt like we were the last customers of the day, that they wanted the money and close the shop. They couldn’t care less. So to sum up, good massage but the service was not good.

Mix feeling. We did some changes to our appointments. They did not keep up with the changes. We went there bit late but they never called to check if we are arriving. When we went they were a bit confused and had to rearrange people to service us. Felt like one of them was very tired and wanted to go but had to do us. Service was good but could be better. Very good techniques and attention to detail and they care about your comfort. I like the environment too. If you need you can have a couples room. Which has comfy recliner chairs and back massage chairs. I would say to go in the morning as they have long shifts and are tired late in the day. Also they are only taking appointments due to the situation.

It was my first time here.. Came here purely based on the Google reviews and I must say it was a good decision. My husband opted for a pedicure and foot massage where as I did only the pedicure and they really did a good job without causing any pain. Loved the place too.. very calm, relaxing and. peaceful to get a nice foot massage and pedicures done. Very friendly staff. They gave us a separate room since we came in as family and offered a very refreshing mint tea with ginger biscuits to relax even more. Highly recommended for the service, ambience, quality and most importantly the staff.

Love love love this place! I’ve been coming to Happy feet for the last 3 years and I’ve never gone anywhere else since then. Love their attention to detail and how they maintain their standards! We are a Russian family who have visited many massage parlors, but Happy Feet Foot Spa truly impressed us with its quality. I especially want to highlight the master, Sanjeewa, who meticulously works on every point and muscle. I really love his approach. My wife is also very fond of the massages done by the girls at this spa, unfortunately, we don’t know their names. We highly recommend visiting this place!

Very good foot spa. But when they do shoulders, they ask us to move to another seat kind of thing which I felt very uncomfortable. That totally distracts the relaxation. Furthermore, they were trying to do something like chiropractic therapy which I felt very unprofessional. My mother-in-law had a back ache afterwards. My advice is to get only the foot massage which they are really good at.

I visited this place for a pedicure and reflexology. The place is genuine, clean and reasonably priced. The therapist who did my pedicure was a perfectionist and spent a lot of time to provide the best. The reflexology was done by Emalka and I recommend her highly as she knew her skill and is a wonderful person with positive energy and happy vibrations.

One of the most professional and friendliest staff. We went for a spa pedicure and it was amazing. The ambiance was so calming and everything was so organised. I had the most amazing pedicure here! The location was very clean and relaxing. Sanjeewa was extremely thorough, professional and friendly, which really made this a wonderful experience. They even served tea and biscuits while I waited during the service. I’d highly recommend the spa, and Sanjeewa in particular!

Have been visting for about 6 months on a bi monthly basis. One of the few spa's that you can step into without a dodgy feeling. The staff is very professional and actually know what they are doing. Went for a pedicure. Staff was friendly and welcomming.I called and made an appointment before visiting, so they were ready to serve us. Took around 1 hour to complete the session. Parking available for 4 vehicles.Card payments accepted. It cost 3000LKR for a normal pedicure.

The person who did my pedicure was on his phone more than he was paying attention to my feet. He was texting with one hand and using tools on my foot with the other hand. Very scary and unprofessional. Then he stepped out twice to answer phone calls. Very disappointed.

It's decent place with proper masseurs. They offer foot massages, head and shoulder massaged, manicures and pedicures. Massage was quite good. Reasonably priced. They use scented oils for the massage. Highly recommend this place if and when you are in Colombo.
