I love Roxanne. She is a Functional Trainer and has a masters degree in her field. The reason this is important is because if you are injured, have had injuries or surgeries or joint replacements, this is the trainer to see. She will get you moving and strong to be able to live your active lifestyle. I've had a few injuries which have led to some interesting body/muscle compensations which lead to other pains etc... and she's helped align my body and gait. I have sent many friends to Roxanne because she is excellent and I trust her completely. If we try an exercise and it causes ANY discomfort, she knows exactly what to change to get rid of the pain BUT still get the same muscle worked to gain strength, mobility and flexibility. I've never had a trainer like her. She is always on time, cheerful and she trains you to win. I've had trainers before where I was absolutely miserable because I felt like I could never do it or I was pushed into injury. She works you for sure, but to feel accomplished, strong and flexible over time. Absolute best decision I have ever made starting with Roxanne last year. Do yourself a favor, if you want to stay mobile and strong, like one of her over 100 year old clients, sign up with Roxanne.

This gym requires that clients work with a trainer which, to my mind, is a good thing. My trainer, Andrew L., and I have worked here for a few years. It has all the equipment we need and is usually not too crowded. I am a 70+ woman exercising primarily with much younger clients abd their trainers. I have always felt welcomed and encouraged by everyone. I really like that people are here to WORK to meet their own personal goals. There are no locker rooms or showers; and I have successfully worked around that. They have a wide variety of trainers available. Recommended for anyone and particularly for those, like me, who want to stay strong and fit as they age!!

This is my 9th year of working with my trainer Roxanne Delgado . I’ve been disabled since breaking my back, & Roxanne has gotten me on my feet, helped rehab several of my subsequent orthopedic surgeries & motivated me to keep returning to the gym. While the Happy Factory was closed for the first wave of the Covid surge, Roxanne came to my home to exercise with me outdoors! (She also helped me keep my sanity during the pandemic.). I further benefit from her lifestyle & nutrition advice. I can’t praise Roxanne enough!

I've been coming to the gym for about 4 months (after not working out for years) and it's been a good experience. This is a great gym for people not wanted to workout in a supplement-pushing, weight-dropping, tire-throwing, screamy-yelly environment. Everyone, there is just focusing on themselves and working hard. I work out with Eddie who is awesome (I hope he never finds out I said that :) but I've gotten to know a few of the other trainers and they are always so nice and supportive, Roxanne in particular.

My health/fitness journey has never been something I found easy. Four months ago I joined @thehappyfactory, little did I know I would begin a new life. Today thanks to the help of The Happy Factory team I can say I no longer have high cholesterol I have also lost weight and gained so much strength, but my health was my priority. Thank you Josiah, Mike, Marc, Jake, and Roxanne for all you support and help. I highly recommend The Happy Factory to everyone, especially those looking for more then a gym.

My experience with Andrea here has been life changing. I've achieved every goal we've set, established a sustainable healthy lifestyle, and have achieved a fitness level I never thought I could reach. Andrea carefully plans out your routines to suit your body and level of fitness (e.g. Strengthening muscles to support a weak lower back) and constantly challenges you to push yourself. She is relentlessly positive and always makes you feel great for giving your best in the gym. Well worth the time and fee.

This gym is gold!!! They are all so encouraging and positive. The members are like a family. I am so happy I found a place that pushes me to grow without forcing me to compare or compete with others. The coaches are great and the classes have awesome variety and they never fail to provide a good challenge. I would recommend this gym to any and every one!! I absolutely love training at the Happy Factory. It feels like a second home. Every one in the gym is friendly and welcoming. I’ve been training with Andrea and she is absolutely amazing. She always pushes you to train harder and meet your goals. I feel so much stronger both mentally and physically. She has a positive energy that fills everyone with happiness. It's my third week at Happy Factory and I honestly can say I made the right decision. I'm currently training with Jake and he has already helped me out more than enough. I have been with this gym since 2019 and I couldn't be any happier. I've been working with Jake Elston since I joined. This year will make it 3 years! He pushes and motivates me every day! We had a consultation appointment with Roxanne Delgado, which she want to do in person, so I made sure to make that appointment. An hour before she texts me that she is out of town. Could have told me that a day before that you had to cancel. Being self employed my time is valuable and I could have made other arrangements. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate
