Been here to sent a parcel. I did not have a label as I don't have a printer and just wanted to do the label on site, as you usually do at the post office. The man behind the counter was extremely rude and dismissive, telling me I need a label with the address and giving me the parcel back. I then asked if I could purchase one label there and he just kept serving the other customers. I've asked again saying I don't mind to pay for a label and he handed me the label where to write the address. It was easy, so why you had to be so rude and and dismissive If you don't want to provide the post office service in your shop, nobody is forcing you!!!!!! There's no need to be rude!!!!!!

If there was 0 star I would have given them 0 The owner is so cheap that the shop is too busy and he is all by himself. While I was there he made some mistakes because he was busy and he was trying to make me pay extra for his mistake. And I asked him you need another staff helping you, he was like I don’t need help just because of one mistake. Would definitely not try this shop again at all.

Terrible service one of the employees did not want to accept the package because he said it was too big so he would not keep it in the store. After all, you charge money to accept these packages. If you do not want to work as a post office, you should resign from the license. You want money for postal service, but you don't want to do it. I do not recommend!

From the first moment I stepped in I knew I'd love this deceivingly small shop . They have a great selection of many things that you can think of or possibly need . Prices are fair or quite good and the man behind the counter is a pleasure to meet everytime I go there. I highly recommend you go here for post office or general quick shopping needs.

I got locked out of the house for hours with tobacco but no cigarette papers and no wallet - I went in and asked if they would let me have a packet of Rizla, and he gave me a pack without hesitation. I paid him later; he's a really lovely chap, and the shop has everything. A real asset to the area - sod Tesco, shop here.

Always friendly, well stocked, clean and inexpensive. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Opens early and closes late. A wonderful sub post office and supermarket, offering a wide variety of international foods. Highly recommended from me. I use it as my primary despite living further away than my local! Well done!

Rude staff, in rush entered wrong postcode on my tracking receipt and when I requested to change it, he blamed me. He was rushing to serve shop customers rather than people standing in line for sending post. Taking my business else where. Was regular there and now they lost my business.

The hardest working shop staff in Hounslow, running a small post office AND a busy corner shop, The Post Office section is open till 8 pm which is super handy. There is a friendly atmosphere and staff are often on first name terms with customers. Good range of products.

I’ve been to this post office for the last 7 months. The workers are well mannered very well spoken. Never had an issues with them and the other google reviews don’t paint a good picture for such a friendly and professional post office.

The shop keeper was very nice to all the customers including my husband but he was very rude to me because I was wearing hijab. This is not right how people get treated differently only because what they wearing.

Don't get fooled, it says post office open till 10pm. Went twice in past two months in the evening, said Google information is wrong and they don't provide service in the evening. Waste of time. Don't go there

I live about 5 minutes down the road, and I choose to go here even though I have two shops closer to me. It's because it's a well stocked and maintained shop and I've always had good service there

not even 1 star. some arrogant indians who think they are the GOD or something.. they refused to take my pre paid items and said i should pay there, they re jokes mate.. indians boss

That guys is very rude. I don't recommend this store as the owner of the store is a strong head man. I can recommend him to learn the customer centric lessons in the business.

Shop not engaging in social distancing, post office closed due to lack of staff but didn't think to put a sign up outside the shop so people have to go in unnecessarily...
