I tried out this cleaner for the first time and I will not be back. I brought in 7 items, 5 simple women's shirts and shells, 1 silk dress and a jacket. I signed up for the free pick up and delivery. 6 of my garments were returned to me on the day promised. One was missing. I also noticed the chocolate sauce which got on my jacket was still there and there was no "we could not get this clean" tag on it. I called and spoke to someone who said they would be by to drop off my other item and pick up the jacket to re-clean it on Monday. Monday morning I got up and put the jacket out and no one came. Tuesday my 7th item was dropped off. Thursday I called to inquire about when I should leave my jacket out for pick up. I asked to speak to a manager since my first attempt at having the problem resolved had failed. The girl who answered told me there was no manager but she would give me to her shift lead. I said that was fine. She did not mute the phone and proceeded to make fun of my name and belittle my issue to her coworker and I had to hear the whole thing. I was not happy. The coworker apologized and gave me a $10 credit (which is about 2/3 the cost of having a garment cleaned because it starts at $5.95 and then they add for everything $3.00 for silk, $3.00 for sequins, $3.00 for wool. Whatever, everything which needs dry cleaning falls into the "extras" category) I was assured my jacket would be picked up and re-cleaned free of charge. I got up bright and early and hung my jacket on the door. All day went by and no one ever came to pick up my jacket. Save yourself the stress and cost and emotional damage and take your clothes elsewhere.

I dropped off two garments. A cotton sun dress and a cotton jumper. The drop off was quick, simple, effective. A text came the next day indicating my garments we ready and earlier than initially indicated. Which was wonderful! It’s the pick up where my would have been 5 star review dropped to a 2 star. I picked up my two items through the drive through. I then gave the gal my credit card. She placed the items in the back. I grabbed my receipt and she walked away. I was shocked to see the two garments totaled $40.78. I tried to waive at her because my slip didn’t have an itemized breakdown. When she never came back I parked and went inside. I said “sorry to bother you” and proceeded to explain that it’s been a long time since I’ve had dry cleaning and I’m not aware of the going rate. I asked if she could go over the pricing. She pointed outside and said on my dry leaning bag you can find the receipt. True, but I’m here and thought you could pull up the order and walk me through it. Again she pointed outside and said I could read it on my tag. Turned off by what I perceived as rude, I asked if there was a price list? I thought it would be helpful to know the going rates of items before I drop them off. Yet again she was not helpful and pointed outside to go look at my receipt. I found the experience rude and overpriced. It’s my fault for not asking in advance what my two garments would cost, however she could have helped me understand why the rate was what it was. A little customer service and a 101 of the value would have been better than pointing to my car several times.

I had used this place on and off for several months only because it was convenient. I always had issues with the collars of my dress shirts not looking crisp. Often times I would have to iron them before wearing the shirt. With a jacket on, that's really the only thing someone will see, so it was impt to me that the collars look nice. I mentioned it to the owner and he basically said too bad and didn't care of he lost my business or not. I started going out of my way and used another place, which worked well, but one day I was crunched for time and went back or Organicare. Big mistake. Not only did the collars look horrible, but I got back a shirt with 4 holes in it. No joke, 4 holes. I called the owner who said that I brought it in that way (he wasnt there when I dropped off my clothes). I humored him and said if I brought it in that way, why would anyone dry clean it? The shirt was ruined. His response was, some people cant afford new clothes (but those people can spend $7 to get their shirt cleaned). He wouldn't own up to their mistake. Shame on me for going back. Try out their delivery too. They'll leave your garments hung from your front door handle where the bottom of your clothes are on the ground. Beware. The owner just doesnt care. He will treat you like you're the worlds smallest fish in the biggest body of water.

I brought garments here for alterations something very simple a button to be replaced along with a new zipper ,this should have been a simple fix, however dealing with this company I was given a time of about 7-10 days since their alterations are not on site, so what was supposed to be a possible two week simple alteration turned into a three week process in this time I called and even stopped by and these people kept pushing the timeframe back as they said they were not able to contact their alterations person which is highly unprofessional, if you cannot contact the person that does the repairs, after finally receiving the garments back we come to find out these people did not do the specific repairs that I asked for they messed the zipper up and replaced the button with something that was not even close to what I asked for no communication in between if their was a problem or anything, I would not go back to this location again, they have a 4.5 review which is interesting the dry cleaning maybe good but the alterations and customer service not good at all.

My experience is always really good here and the girls are always real nice, but the last time I came in i dropped off about 6 shirts, 2 of which were very expensive shirts. I had asked about the starch they use and was told they would only lightly start a certain shirt as to not damage the material. When I got the shirt back it was nicely pressed, but the collar was heavily starched and looked caked on the collar really dulling the color of the shirt. It was the only time it has ever happened to me, but it was close to a $200 dollar shirt so I'm hesitant to bring expensive shirts back. Other than that the service has been great, but I cant give a 5 star rating because of that single shirt. I hope it comes clean :\ Patrick Richardson 10/27 - UPDATE Brad, the owner of OrganiCare called me back and asked to take a look at the shirt. Personally I think that's really cool as I would run my business the same way. I told him I would bring the shirt in later today so we will see how it goes!

Most unprofessional service i have encountered. After an item was misplaced it took over a week to resolve the issue. On my initial inquiry there was a promise that i would receive follow up calls and my item would be found. There were no such calls and over a week of me inquiring every day on what the status of my item was there was a resolution of reimbursement, to which as i quote "i dont care how much it was we make millions every year now stop f***ing calling" To hear this from the owner is quite a shock. I am disappointed in the style in which a simple misplaced item was handled. Upon my submission of this yelp ad i recieved an additional call saying "f*** you! You're not getting Sh** If you are searching a place where you want to be cursed at repeatedly while calling you a liar, then by all means.

For the first time experience I brought my uncles favorite shirt to get a stain out, mission accomplished there.✔️ Then I brought 4 mostly cotton jacket & shirts. There were still stains on all 4 pieces when I came to pickup, no bueno. I shouldn’t have to make extras trips for a job not done. Granted, one shirt was not salvageable so I took that one as is, but the others were given back to me w/original stains. I inquired about getting some workout leggings hemmed, a few office slacks to be taken in on the sides and three pairs of pants to have added belt loops. The response I got was that there weren’t set alteration prices? Not sure if that’s normal or not for here, but thought I’d share either way. So far I’ve personally brought 5 items here, we’ll see how future services go.

I tried all kinds of dry cleaners around here but ended up trying OrganiCare when I lived nearby.. Today, I still drive to Desert Ridge from Paradise Valley. Ok, it’s not that far, maybe 8 miles, but I probably pass 30 other cleaners on my way. What I like about OrganiCare is they make it all easy and simple. I drop it off, they get my dry cleaning and laundry done the next day as promised, and it’s always great. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. This last job was after a long trip and I had a ton of clothes. No problem. It was all done. Next day. Like magic. Give them a try!

Organicare now known as Hangers Cleaners (same ownership) takes responsibility for their transactions. My dry cleaning of 4 valances was entered as drapes vs valences, hence, the large cost. Received a call from management apologizing and to let me know they will submit a refund for the over charge to my credit card. Not only does this location do above board quality work, they take ownership of the issue. Mistakes happen and this business acknowledged their mistake. I truly appreciate their honesty, great customer service and the refund back to my card. Thank you! Mary Rizza

This business does everything right. The pick-up and delivery service is excellent. The dry cleaning is top-tier. For my high-end shirts they put in new collar stays and button the top button plus add a collar form. We are no-fragrance people and this process is the absolute best. When it comes to our clothes we are very picky and quite honestly there is nothing we can think of to improve this exemplary stand-out. If only all businesses were run like this. A real breath of fresh air in today’s poorly performing service industry. Five star rating all the way!

I live right next to this place and have given them my clothing twice to get dry cleaned. Both times I gave them suit jackets. The first time, I could have sworn they returned my suit back without having even cleaned it. There were still stains left on the inside, and the second time I gave them a suit was when they managed to rip up the whole interior layer. When I confronted them about it, they said they would have it re-tailored and fixed. However, they completely messed up the suit's fit, and the interior looks like it was stitched together by a baboon.

I've been using OrganiCare for years, and they've always come through for me. Never had any problems with quality. Their next day service has been a life saver a few times as well. I once accidentally dropped my sunglasses in the bag before I dropped my clothes off. I spent a lot of time that day and the next looking for them and stressing out. The next day when I picked up my clothes, they brought them out to me! That was completely unexpected and much appreciated. Can't beat that customer service!

This dry cleaners is a amazing. I had a jacket that had a now and later (hard candy) in the pocket. That went through the wash and dryer at home before I found it. So not only did it have a huge stain but it was sealed to where I couldn’t open it. I thought for sure this jacket was a goner. I took it here for a last ditch effort. This dry cleaner was able to get it out completely so my jacket looked brand new! I will definitely be taking all my pieces to this dry cleaners.

I don't know hardly anything about dry cleaning or clothing care, but ever since I've moved to Phoenix I have used this place a lot. They are in a great location and they take great care of my clothing. Everything is available to me the following day. They shoot me a text when my clothes are done. I even walked in there with a shirt I had no idea what to do with and they brought it back to me looking brand new. Thanks Organicare

Clean and professional environment the staff is friendly and eager to help you out and I had the pleasure of meeting Adam the owner well picking up my dry cleaning. They helped me get out of a jam that would’ve left me stranded for this upcoming week. I highly recommend using them and will continue to use them.

Wow. I'm truly shocked. I rarely leave such bad reviews. We picked up our down comforter and it smelled really really bad. So I brought it back and they were supposed to but charge us but then ended up charging my again for then to re wash it. Well all you guys got out of that was a whopping $48 so I hope that was worth losing a customer over and getting a bad review.

I recently bought a beautiful wedding dress at Goodwill for $10.00. Unfortunately, the entire bottom seem was grey with soot. I was afraid that traditional dry-cleaning would destroy the wispy tulle and delicate beading, so I went with Organicare. I’m am so impressed with how pristine it came back! The dress looks brand new! Organicare was definitely the place to go!

The team was on time explained what they were going to do. Every step with me got my approval for each piece chubby before and after pictures worked around the fact that I was working from home to get the work done cleaned up a mess and left it pristine their people were very personable and I enjoyed working with them and I will definitely contact with them again

I have been a loyal customer for almost 4 years and I must say that their services are excellent! What truly defines a company is when is when something does go wrong and how they handle it. In my case the owner got involved immediately and made things right. A text book example of A+ customer service and is the reason why I will continue using their services.

I waited until the last minute to get a dress dry cleaned that I was selling to someone for prom. It had a large stain down the front that I was unsure would come out. After talking to the owner of the store he assured me that the dress would be done within a couple days and it was! I got the dress back in a few days and it was good as new!

Service was friendly, quick, and easy. My dry cleaning was completed within 24 hours and I received a notification which I loved. When I picked up my items, I was very happy to find that my favorite cashmere sweater was cared for and cleaned better then I've ever experienced. And no chemical smell! Thank you!

Horrible customer service! Dropped off 4 shirts. One shirt was lost. Asked girl at front about delivery service and she told me she didn’t know about it because she is in charge of customer service…I’m a customer and that is a service. First time experience and not going back.

I was surprised it cost $17 to have two standard cotton blouses washed, on hanger with light starch. Price seems steep so I will be going elsewhere in the future. Location was nice and had friendly staff but thought price was high. This was my first visit here.

First time customer and two of my shirts were ripped up valued at $180 worth of damage. I brought this to the attention of the store asking for remuneration and no call back one week later. Completely unprofessional way to run a business. Avoid this mess

VERY IMPRESSED! I trashed my wedding dress by going into the ocean and they were able to make it look like new in less then three days and it was only $55! OrganiCare is about 15 minutes from my house, but so worth it.

They do a good job but are very, very expensive. At least 35% more than other dry cleaners. Expect to pay through the nose here.
