Im a local who likes to travel and france especially and in my opinion it is not worth it. They put a french flag on the display and sell you slavic, one slice of mortadella in a panini- samdwich. Its like they googled what makes a french bakery and then made it 50 % cheaper. Very little butter in things that should be half butter. Quiche made with puff pastry...cmon. Its because they can buy it frozen and not knead shortcrust pastry. Like, would few slices of ham in a sandwich put you of business? Totaly wrong conceptualization and poor product. Classic split.. thinking that cutting cost will ultimately cause more profit or something. Wouldnt recommend. They need to put more work in it to call it a boulangerie.

Po preporuci prijatelja otišao sam na kavu i kroasan te mogu reći da je ovo jedna od najboljih malih slastičarnih u gradu. Prekrasan ambijent kao u maloj talijanskoj pasticcerii, odlična ponuda kolača i peciva za dobro jutro te vrhunska kava. U samom objektu je moguća kupnja talijanskih tjestenina, pelata, Lindt čokolade(s tom čokoladom pune i svoja peciva ) te ostalih vrhunskih svjetskih gastro proizvoda. Imaju i detox vodu, mogućnost alternativnih mlijeka u kavu(bademovo), al da vam sve ne otkrijem najbolje da posjetite ovu lokaciju i uvjerite se sami!

Sans cordialité, pour les étrangers ! "Accueilli" à la porte par une première serveuse dans un langage croate incompréhensible et sans bonjour ni anglais. Puis au guichet toujours sans bonjour et sans regard, mais par "il vous reste 5 minutes". Cependant d'une heureuse amabilité en discussion avec une passante croate. Le commerce n'est pas partout au service du client semble t'il...

Hands down, best croissant in split!! If you’re a pastry lover, you need to go here. Was so good I forgot to get a photo - oops! We also tried the sandwiches - delicious! And the bimbolinis were absolute perfection!

Have visited a couple of times and the pastries are amazing. Really enjoyable with traditional offerings alongside a range of alternatives. Having tried the apple strudel, a vegetable quiche and some brioche pastries all high quality. The service is friendly and offers sit in and take away.

Ujutro 3 različita proizvoda suha i sve od istoga tijesta. Daleko je kroasan od onoga kakav treba biti i ne vrijedi toliko novaca. Jako mali izbor proizvoda općenito. O razlici cijene proizvoda iz Italije na polici neću ni komentirati!!!

Izuzetno ljubazno osoblje, predivno napravljeni proizvodi, bilo da se radi o kruhu bez aditiva ili kolačima. Francuska peciva izrađena sa maslacem, a ne od margarina ili surogata što se i osjeti. Svakako preporučam posjetiti!!!
