How lucky are we to have the post office at Hamsey Green CoOp, the staff are always polite and helpful, our “local HSBC” is Oxted and I can’t take a day off work just to get some banking sorted out so Hamsey Green post office to the rescue.

Amazing customer service, very polite and helpful staff member. After I asked if he can take all my parcels (as I was refused at Warlingham) he was like no problem at all and said he's had many complaints about the staff at the other

I Love my local post office and all the staff, Every member is so cooperative hard worker they always give quick and humble service to the customers, Specially Mr Ben is a god and respective manager, Love to all and salute.

Opened 10 minutes late, tried to return parcels from pre paid barcodes, was told I can only use a barcode once for 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 parcels then I told him he can do it , he made a mistake and printed 2 barcodes.

Asked to buy 2 envelopes. Was shouted at and told he was too busy to sell me one. Absolutely refused to sell me one and told me it was my fault for not being prepared. Wont be going back. Formal complaint made.

Went there at 2.08 pm on Monday and they are closed When I googled them it says they are open till 5.30pm No sign saying opening times on premises
