Stayed here for 3 nights. Very friendly staff, and perfect location. Metro is 2 minutes walk away. Room was cleaned every day and it kept clean all the time. No fridge. No slippers in the room, no toothbrush and toothpaste, also no water as it used to be in most 4 star hotels. Breakfast was not something good or bad. It vas too usual. I’d stay there again but this time I’ll get my slippers and toothpaste )

Please avoid this hotel, all the staff very rude, not professional at all, after multiple requests to clean the room daily, it was not cleaned, we had a terrible experience, none fresh towels, we had towel with pooped on them, it was disgusting from previous guest, as well not repleicement of tea, coffee, cleaned cups and glasses. None drinking water replacement. Very poor service, staff does not speak English. The view from the hotel was on a car parking, terrible as well. The area around is a dump. All the staff not professional at all, they have not offered any drink or something to apologize on what happened, breakfast was packed, always same kind of food.

Very nice hotel located near Messe. Coming here for business trip and the hotel is amazing. The facility is quite new, you have everything ready in the room. It is also very spacious with comfortable bed and pillow. Breakfast is not very fancy but good for a morning appetite. It is near an amusement park and there is a Lidl nearby if you wanna fetch some grocery. Not sure whether it is good for tourists if people want to go sightseeing in downtown. Overall, nice experience!

I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and it was perfect. It's only a 3-minute metro ride away from the beautiful center of Vienna. They have a 24-hour reception and very friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious too! The lady who worked at the reception in the morning of December 28th was absolutely perfect! She knows what customer service is! Thank you!"

Cozy hotel next to Prater and fair grounds in the surrounding. Great breakfast buffet, plenty of tasty food. Nice gym grounds and lobby. Beautiful avantgarde interior. Quiet street at night and comfortable bed offer a good night rest. A little cooler rooms need additional blankets in winter. Lovely experience, would gladly visit it again.

Zimmer waren sauber und recht neu. Man darf trotzdem nicht so viel an "Hilton" denken. Keine Wasserflaschen. Kein Kühlschrank. Kein Kosmetikspiegel. Matratze war zum Glück nicht zu hart. Handtuchwechsel täglich aber es wird nicht geputzt. Der Speiseraum ist stilvoll eingerichtet, Frühstück war gut aber nicht herausragend. Eierspeisen gab es z. B. Entweder nur gekocht oder am anderen Tag gerührt. Lage ist gut, zur Stadtmitte sind es mit der U-Bahn ca. 15 Minuten. Zur U-Bahn 3 Minuten Fußweg.

A dog-friendly hotel not so far away from Vienna city centre. We only stayed here for one night before heading to Budapest. And we found the hotel good value for money. As a Hilton Gold Member I was given a nice upgrade. Room was clean and practical as usual. Breakfast was OK. Jack from front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Very convenient hotel with everything you need! The breakfast is remarkable and too many options to get… is not the normal Hampton… is better! Located very close to the underground station and the famous Prater. Just want to have a special mention to the breakfast waiters (both Spanish speakers) they were lovely and professional

The hotel was perfectly located for the conference centre. My accessible room (519) was spacious, comfortable, and bright. The staff were wonderful, and I was able to store my luggage for free after check out.
