Supposed to be a collection plus store with printing facilities. I have twice been directed by suppliers to come here to get my label printed and parcel dropped off but both times were told they can't print out the label for me. Would be great if google could be updated to reflect no printer facilities to avoid confusion.

I struggle to understand why people offer a service but have absolutely no manners whatsoever! It’s free to be polite and kind! Quite frankly I’m surprised this shop is able to sustain a business! People should just stop going into this shop as they don’t deserve to be part of the local community!! What a waste of space!

What a horrible rude man. He didn't want to return my parcel and kept saying that it was the wrong shop. I showed him the address and said "Is this not your address?" He pushed me on the side to attend other clients and after insisting several times he gave me a bag to pack it myself and took it.

Staff was rude on more than one occasion. One time they scanned my parcel (I received the ‘thank you for collecting’ email instantly) but refused to hand it to me saying ‘it didn’t scan’. Took me 10 mins of arguing to receive it. Wonder how much they make from that scam.
