My partner has been battling health issues her whole life and, since having meningitis 6 years ago, battling chronic pain and chronic insomnia on top of everything else. In 6 months, a doctor at Hallet Cove Family Practice has done more for her than any GP or specialist has done in 6 years. The compassion, depth of knowledge and commitment has been an absolute blessing. I will be forever grateful. Not being believed or supported by health professionals is a terrible burden to be placed on a patient. The patient knows their body best. My partner's doctor understands this and they have made real progress together. She listens to my partner and they make decisions together. I'm so glad we made the decision to make a change and try someone new.

I have been at this practice for 15 years now. I have a doctor now who has finally gotten into my pain. She never gave up and never turned me away, she always squeezed me in and never once felt l was a pain in the well u know what. The whole practice supported me through the 3 births of our children. We always have a laugh and always chat it always feels like home when u walk in. I am so blessed to have found a doctors surgery for me and my family.

Great little local medical practice. Our GP is Dr Michelle Emmerson, she is very friendly, informative and takes a practical approach to diagnosis and treatment. Always willing to spend as much time as needed in consults to go the extra mile. Perfect GP for pregnancy with a real passion for patient care. Highly recommended and trusted doctor.

Drs here are really hit and miss unfortunately Dr Chris Brown is just (not so patiently) waiting for retirement! Left feeling hopeless and the one referral I asked for was never sent leaving me waiting and suffering months more than I needed to. Truely unsure how she sleeps at night knowing peoples health is in her negligent hands.

Boring surgery. Like a temporary building. seating disgusting and uncomfortable. No hand sanitizer in toilets and 2 sitting counter top reception. Not at door as you walk in. A Staff member rude, sa pathology lady very nice.

We were visiting family in the area and our baby fell sick. The staff were so friendly and happy to squeeze us in for an appointment within the hour. The doctor was also so friendly and very thorough. Highly recommend

I have had nothing but excellent experiences here. All the staff and especially the reception are super helpful and kind. I’ve even watched them deal with potentially difficult customers with patience and respect.
