Ghosted by lawyer. I am disabled and I get dysautonomic flares from verbal communication. I endured this to put across my case about people causing me pain because they are in a position to. Lawyer said he'd go research. An appointment was made. I sat in appointment paralysis and waited, and waited. No-show. No contact from his staff, nothing. Asked what happened, was told he'd get back to me. Nothing. Ive now lost a month in dealing with this dire situation. Still nothing. If you are dealing with Autistic people and you decide you don't want our business, you need to communicate directly. Because we will give you the benefit of the doubt until we physically cannot anymore. Don't bring unusual cases here. Especially if your well-being depends on timely legal assistance. Any kind of apology or acknowledgement would have been great. Not even that much. Just, ghosted. My mother called to follow up, was also told someone would be in touch. Nope. So, lies. Avoid.

After injuring my back at work, Hall Payne Lawyers helped me to lodge two TPD claims with two different insurers; both claims were accepted and paid. Without their assistance, I do not believe either claim would have been successful. When making a TPD claim, there are many pitfalls and traps for the uninitiated to fall into. Simple mistakes can lead to a claim being delayed or rejected. In my opinion, it really is worth paying for the assistance of an experienced professional (especially when their services are offered on a "no win, no fee" basis). Also, in light of the amount of work they put into my claims, I believe Hall Payne's professional fees were very reasonable. I am highly satisfied with the assistance I received from Hall Payne Lawyers. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone ill or injured who is considering lodging a TPD claim.

Lazy, unprofessional, I could go on. I am suffering from a mental illness because of a work place injury and as I am coming off work cover meghan decided that my case wasn't worth continuing so she used me to make it look like I didn't want to continue my case (all lawyers are slippery like that because they think they know the law better than anyone). Please don't hire these guys because you will regret it. Would give minus stars if I could. Practices like this should be shutdown if they don't know how to do their job or in this case have no people skills and they absolutely don't care about the clients, like all lawyers they just take on clients who can offer them a bigger commission. I am very impressed with Hall Payne Lawyers performance and qualifications. They have helped me in two cases. First one was a serious issue at work, which may have been resulted in redundancy. It was overruled in a proper way. Second time I asked for assistance with the Workplace COVID Vaxx mandates, holding a legitimate vaccine exemption. I am still not fully vaccinated (one dose only) and yet I maintained my employment in a Healthcare setting visiting and servicing labs and hospitals as a service engineer across QLD.
