Booked for a balayage and cut with Lisa. I was interested in working up to a balayage with a mix of ash brown and blonde. I have long dark brown hair, that is extremely thick. I had previously had a few Demi color dark brown in my hair from before. Lisa took the time to inform me of what the process will look like, and what to realistically expect. She was excited and interested in taking on the challenge of my hair, and it turned out amazing! The process did take seven hours-but like I said I have unusual thick hair. She also preserved my length with the cutting technique she used to thin it out. It was approximately 600 dollars, however she told me up front and made sure I was okay with this before proceeding. For seven hours of commitment and the amount of work and product that my hair required, it was definitely worth it to be done properly. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend booking an appointment if you want high quality results and good service! The salon also took appropriate Covid-19 precautions and have a high standard for cleanliness. Love this place!!!! I got married October 2018, they let me do a photo shoot inside their salon! Everyone was very friendly, helpful and understanding !!! Especially my stylist Lisa Taha she’s so patient and listens to what the client wants and needs, Also bridezilla me ran so late , she waited patiently , so professional did a dynamic job!!! She went out of her way to do a up do that I could pull apart and jump into an engagement photo shoot cause my photographer was from Vancouver, so because of time we did the shoot in one day ,again wedding day, Lisa delivers amazing service and efficiency!!! Hairbooth Haus is hands down one of the best salons in the city of Calgary. I am a professional model and I have been working with Sam and Moe since the beginning of my modelling career (4 years). Not only have they worked with me on all of my best projects, they also have taken the best care of me and most importantly, my hair! The entire salon is talented, educated, warm hearted, genuine.... and it is a gorgeous salon!! BONUS - they always have yummy treats for the guests! I highly recommend Hairbooth Haus!!

Great place and super fun!! Lisa is been doing my hair for years now and it never ever disappoints. The woman has hands of gold and the couple times I have gone else where because I was away it was ok but never the same. I have so much confidence when I sit in her chair and I know that when its done it will be nothing but amazing. She always informs me on how to keep my hair healthy and how to take care of it afterwards which is very important to me.

I don't usually right reviews but after my cut and highlights with Lisa she had me feeling and looking like a million dollars. I've been to many places and trying to get this specific blond in mind and it was always off. This girl nailed it the first time. Also if you are lucky to book with her wait untill she shampoos your hair her scalp massage itself is out of this world!! It was such a pleasure. Can't wait for my next service. Thanks again!!

Today I recieved the best cut ive recieved in a very time. Ive been holding off on getting a haircut because i don't trust just anyone with my long locks. Lisa is amazing! She even talked me out of getting bangs and im glad because i think i would have regretted it.They were able to fit me in for an appointment after they had a cancellation and were super friendly! I will definitely be going back to Lisa next time i need a cut!! ❤

Lisa did such an amazing job on my hair, i couldn't be happier. I wasn't really sure what i wanted, i just new i wanted to go from my dark hair, to a lighter color. She is so creative, and had a color in mind that i would have never thought to do, It turned out so amazing, and have been getting compliments all day today. I have very curly hair and was very worried going lighter, and it breaking. It feels so soft!!! <3

Great place to go! I enjoyed it and all my friends liked my new hairdoo! Unfortunately the pricing is a little too high ...$435 for highlights toner and cut but then again I likely saw one of Calgary’s best hairdressers for corrective treatment but unfortunately this exceeded my budget and I was little shocked. I suggest new comers ask for a consultation prior to making a appointment to getting your hair done.

Theres a woman here named Lisa Taha and she's been nothing but fabulous for my hair. I've gone around all over the city to try and find the right stylist for my thick hair and she's the only one that can manage to give it that modern up beat style. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. Definitely one of the best stylist out there for men. Also nice staff too, always offers me chocolates and coffee...

I got there yesterday with an urgent need for a haircut. The first impression of that place was that creative atmosphere. Got Lisa to do my haircut. She did an excellent job, even modified my usual hair style in a better way. I paid double than my usual place, but I believe the quality of service was worth it, besides it is very close to my home, so I will definitely go back.
