Absolutely appalled by the experience at hq on new year's and the behaviour of the security guards, awful awful people with no quality of customer service or care. We payed for entry at the start of the night, and when we came back the security guard accused my friend of having a fake stamp and was not going to let us in, after we got in she chased us up the stairs and accused us for having attitude when we didn't even say a word to her except that we had paid entry earlier. We then went to the bar to get a drink where a male was sexually abusing/assaulting me. We told the bartender as there was no security present and the bartender just laughed in my face. My friend then told him to leave me alone. This man choked my best friend then king hit him to the rear of his head. The bartenders saw everything and did nothing, I then had to carry him through the dance floor whilst he was passing out in my arms. We told security what had happened and they screamed in my face told me to "f**k off" because "people were trying to get in" he then was pushing me and my friends into the road saying we needed to leave the premises. I will be taking this matter very seriously, this will not end here. I can't believe the level of disrespect and neglect by the staff of hq. A police report has been made!

Not a good venue. I went to my first rock concert in years last night, and HQ made the whole experience as mediocre as possible. Lower your expectations as soon as you get to the door. Expect to be vigorously patted down as you enter, like you're entering a prison. And the prison vibe continues through the venue. Each staff member I pass brims with a heady combination of passive hostility. Forget about a cloakroom, as 'not enough staff have shown up to work the shift'. As I walked on the carpet, sticky with each step, I knew I had returned to a circle of hell I've not frequented since the nineties. It's not worth returning to. And the sound quality of the concert? Abominable. The only nice customer service I received all night was from the bar staff; going the extra mile to cloak my bag behind the bar. But sadly their effort was not enough to earn this abrasive hole more than one lonley star.

Awesome sound for live music, and lots of bars. But terrible construction. The 2 upper levels are useless, as you cannot see anything on the stage (unless you are one of the twenty or thirty people on the balcony). Can fit lots of people in this venue, but unless you are on the bottom level the experience isn't great. Also, I noticed the headline act enter through the front door with everyone else. Little bit awkward.

I've tried this place four times now. The pizza is always soggy and sloppy, and there was only a choice of pizza or salad... One time the chese was still cold in the middle (because it's in chunks), sorry, but I have now completley lost interest in this place. Which is devastating because they have life bands and an awesome atmosphere.

This place is vile. It stinks so bad...including the female toilets. The carpet is sticky. The cloak room was closed...in winter. I imagine it would be terrifying to see with the lights on. I will never attend again. Please, any bands or artists considering playing here...there are MUCH better venues.

Saw the Dropkick Murphys here last December. Loved the concert & venue. Awesome place for a band,sound was good & drink prices were reasonable too. Couldn't see myself here on club nights but would come again to see another band. ***edit: obviously you can't post portrait photos. Sorry folks. …

Wow it was so quiet in here at 6pm. What a beautiful vibe however. Waitress was helpful and informative. My partner had beef nachos and I had vegetarian. Best nachos I've ever had in over 40 years, ate the lot which i have never done. Go check it out. Close to Rundle Mall. You won't be disappointed.

Went here for a colleagues final day at work, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. We ate at lunchtime, and everyone was happy with the meal they received. Pricing wasn't at a point that you would attend on any regular day, but for this kind of occasion it was great.

Hockey concert was first of all great and the vibes u feel in the club worth every cents. And their community manager is so nice. I have lost my phone and able to have it back without anybody stealing it ; Good people in the club. AND A GOOD VIBE

Me and my friends paid $20/head to go into a dead club on a Saturday. Asked for a refund after being inside for all of 5mins and after some very confused looks from the staff got told "this is a club....go on Facebook to get that". There

I do t go there for the night club experience, but for the band's they get. I enjoy it...easy to move it around as they don't over pack the venue. Security I've found to be doing their job. Looking after people. Bring on the next gig!!

Not a bad place at all with quite a few beers on tap and $6 Fireball shots. We visited it earlier in the night before it turned into a nightclub and left after the change, so can't comment on it as a club. The staff seemed friendly.

I've been there once. I really love this place. Big, a lot of people but not too much. You have a lot of place too dance and the drink is not too expensive. The song was very nice and the lights too. I will definitely come back!!

Legend venue, but sadly to close soon, due to the proximity of the new hospital. Happy hour base spirits 3 for $10. Unheard of value. Keep an eye out for Anthems and Timewarp nights for those retro clubbers.

The lamb pizza was great, others who dined with me had the philly cheese steak which was fresh, but lacked the different cheeses. Had more of a white sauce. Salads were delicious. This was for lunch.

Came here for their food, crowd annnnd music. It was worth an experience and I'm soo happy to have come here with my friends instead of watching the game that night!

Nice reconstructed club. we went there little early with 2 other friends. have some beers. but they start with old strip girls. so we left for other club.

Went here for a fringe show. The place has been done very nicely, hope to attend a major event or concert in the future.
