- Seprate lift route is in underground parking, which is in very bad shape and dirty. - Although I informed to kept room ready, when we reach, room is not ready. - Reception staff is rude and answering unprofessionally. - Room is not properly cleaned, walls and paints are in pathetic condition. - Toilet is not cleaned, old rapper, old soap is there, also toilet seat and flush broken. - Water heater is not working in one room out of two room alloted to me. - They have provided me water bottle which is already used and refilled. - Actually it is more like guest house for individuals for night stay, not hotel at all for families. - View outside is also not so pleasent. - Not preferable for families at all.

They has not provide proper location of the grand hotel in online services like oyo,goibibo.The grand hotel should be update the accurate location in online service. Because we had not find the same on untime that's why. Other wise all are fine. Like AC, affordable price and room services and etc....

Hotel Grand is on the fourth floor. You can use the lift to go up and down. The room is also fine.But the rooms need more cleaning.
