We initially booked HMB for an oil change and alignment, however, upon drop off we were informed they also offer body work. They offered a free and thorough estimate for the body work. They were even able to tell us what the previous shop did to cause the current issue. We will be returning next month for the body work and an inspection for my husband. The facility was clean and spacious (allowed for social distancing). There’s a nice vending machine machine so that you won’t have to starve while waiting on your vehicle. Additionally, each of the staff were kind and helpful. We were highly pleased with the services we received. We look forward to returning and making HMB our one stop shop for all our vehicle needs.

I took my vehicle in to be checked for break repair and an oil change and was greeted within minutes of arrival. Customer service is great! Staff is very friendly and informative. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I didn’t have an appointment. The problem was diagnosed and I was given a price. I approved the work and was pleasantly surprised when the mechanic let me know they would start work immediately. My vehicle was repaired while I waited. I was in and out in no time and pricing is very affordable. I recommend this place and will be bringing my other vehicles here for any repairs.

I took my car here for an inspection and routine maintenance based on the reviews (they opened recently explaining the lack of reviews). Mac, the owner, fit me in same-day and everything went smoothly. Mac's communication skills surpass what I've experienced with other mechanics. Most importantly, he actually did what he said he would... sounds small but I've found that a lot of mechanics have issues with this. I would recommend HMB to anybody looking for an honest mechanic in Charlotte.

Best auto service experience I’ve ever had. Went in for an inspection and my headlight bulbs were out, they picked up new ones and had them swapped out and me out the door within 30 minutes. Couldn’t have asked for better communication throughout this process as well. This will be the only shop In the Charlotte area I will take my vehicle to from now on. Can’t recommend it enough

Awful bunch over there!!! Guy painting cars for 6k to the left trash auto shop in the middle and to top it off a guy tinting windows and not doin a good job at it. I saw 4 cars come back within 30 min just on tint side. With all the trash coming out of this building who would give 6k for a paint job when the guy beside him can't keep trash out of tint. Ha ha haaaa

One of the Best in town for car repairs. The only place I would recommend for any repairs they are fast friendly and fair with pricing. One stop shop for anything from paint and bodywork, mechanical repairs, to even Detailing your car. Also has window tinting and Nc inspection on site. It's the only place I am going to take my cars from now on.

Towed my car there to get transmission looked at. They ghosted me for three days, didn't fix the car (said there was no problem found) and gave it back at no charge. If they didn't have time or ability to fix it, shouldn't have held me up for 3 days, never answering the phone. I got it towed elsewhere and transmission is being rebuilt now fyi.

I got my state inspection done here, they got me in and out of there in 10 minutes, everyone was very nice and this is the only place I’d bring my car now! They also mentioned that they can do dent repair, paint retouching, and rim repair and have great prices!

The owner was so very very nice the only thing that I did not like what that the car that I wanted was not there, what she said was not his fault. But I was shown another car. The only thing I didn't like about the other car was that I couldn't see the mileage
