THE WORST! Horrendous! An absolute nightmare. They handled our mother's will and she didn't submit forms properly, didn't return calls or emails. I had to contact the government on my own behalf and spoon-feed them through what needed to be done. One of the most frustrating experiences of my borthers' and my life.
