Philip the pharmacist was very rude and had no empathy for our situation. My 3 yo daughter had a very painful double ear infection and we were rushing over to get her antibiotics picked up. It was 4:56 on a Sunday and they close at 5pm. I told him over the phone that we were 10 minutes away and if he could wait so that I could get my daughter her medicine. He said no. He literally could not wait 5 minutes. If I was a pharmacist and I would have received that phone call I would of gladly waited 5 minutes to help someone's child. I will never go back to that pharmacy. I don't know how people can be so cold hearted.

Waited patiently for 24 hours to have 2 prescriptions filled. Was told by a tech that it would take 20minutes to fill my 2nd script. I told her I would do my shopping and come back for it. I return an hour later and they tell me again that it will take 20 minutes. I eventually got my medicine. This medicine was sent by a clinic to have ASAP over 25hrs ago. I've used this pharmacy for years with no complaints and I was very disappointed with the service today.

I have been using HEB pharmacy for years the pharmacist are polite and informative. I get my flu shots there as well.

The pharmacist is mean and the techs have no empathy. I shop for groceries here but never for my meds.

The services are accurate and quick!
