Booked a phone appointment with Greg. He clearly had no interest in helping us and his attitude towards helping us was poor. All he did was try handball me to another call centre resulting in no help what so ever. Iv been a long time custom of H&R block. But i wont be using them again. Thanks for nothing greg.
