At time of joining there was no rule such as a you can do treadmill only 15 minutes and after I joined they make new rule of you can do treadmill only 15 minutes, they modify and make new rules like they want.

Trainer are more occupied by personal training. If you are fully tarin then you should go there otherwise no one care about your body rather than personal training. There motive is to earn money only

No trainer are Guiding if you are doing workout and they don't even mention your mistake so that one can correct it. So I would suggest go only if you well trained or prior taken training.
