"I can't open my mouth fully"
This is a great hospital. The staff were attentive, caring, kind and professional and all did their jobs brilliantly. The waiting time was the quickest I think I’ve ever had and the staff made sure this was efficient whilst also ensuring I was looked after. Would highly recommend this hospital for their professional and quality service.
I had the best possible experience during the appointments with Professor Stephen Till in allergy clinic and dr Richard Woolf in dermatology clinic. They have been both very attentive and explained everything in detail. Thanks to their professionalism and their help I feel much better with my condition. Thank you!
St. Thomas Hospital's maternity unit provided exemplary person-centred care. The midwife and consultant displayed professionalism and compassion throughout. They listened to my concerns, ensuring decisions aligned with my preferences. Grateful for their dedication and highly recommend their maternity services.
I've been to A&E during the night time with lots of pain. I received great treatment to this hospital. The staff is professional with friendly attitude. I had a laparoscopic appendix removal surgery. I was impressed how small are the cuts after the surgery. Thank you, Mark George and to your great team!
I can't open my mouth fully. But I have pain I went to two clinics. The second clinic told me to go to them. The tooth and nerve were removed, which two clinics could not do. I see them as angels after they saved me from a problem that I did not sleep because of it Thank you ❤️
Great service. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional in a stressful situation. The paramedics that brought me in were extremely friendly and reassuring can’t fault them. I was sent in with a minor head injury was seen by a doctor within an hour.
Amazing staff! I waited outside A&E when I needed the Urgent Treatment Centre (inside A&E). However, my waiting time quickly came to a close when a nice nurse came outside—in the rain—to ask what the nature of mine and everyone else’s visit
Went in for a check up due to chest pain. Ended up waiting 4 hours before I can see a real doctor but during those 4 hours I was seen by 3 nurses and one which was an ECG scan. Everything was good in the end so I’d say the wait was alright.
An owful experience no good management. Long time they do not Sen me an appointment on time about my anticoagulant therapy I ever asked early morning but nothing than they do not book appointment and invite me to the hospital to loose time.
"I visited the Accident & Emergency (A&E) department on Wednesday, 13/12/2023, in the late afternoon due to extremely severe abdominal pain and vomiting. I received an excellent quality of care at all levels. I was treated with respect and
This horror hospital should be shut down. Incompetent nurses replace doctors and put life of patients at risk. Doctors don't treat you because they think first about the legal risk of performing a medical procedure rather that save life of
I was referred to the Long Covid clinic here and at the time was too ill to make a complaint to PALS. I would hope that things have improved, but I was discharged without investigation and only offered CBT and weekly physio I was too sick
Really ridiculous and pathetic service. Went there at 9:45pm.. By ambulance. The waiting area had only 3 patient. At the front desk of UCc the lady at the reception told us we are no 3 in que. We waited for our turn... After two hours we
I’m 38 and on a waiting list for a MCL injury, I live in constant pain, every time I straighten my leg, I can’t walk some days and I’m stuck in bed or the sofa and dread getting up to the toilet. A year ago I was in the gym everyday and
Had operation to repair a tricky aneurysm in 2018. Travelled from Nottingham and stayed 5 days . Although the op was long and painful Dr Abissi and his team have saved my life. Been for check up today and all is good. I cannot thank Dr
Unfortunately I have been here quite often but EVERYONE has been great. I was there twice this week and both times the staff were lovely. A and E was busy and they had building work going on but the staff took it in their stride. I was
Absolutely the worst hospital you can end up in. Avoid at all costs. Lovely view of Big Ben and the House of Parliament but that’s it really. Shortage of doctors during weekends. Useless midwives in their MAU. I wouldn’t recommend this
As someone whose wife received treatment (including major operations) from three London hospitals , Guys and St Thomas’s was by far the best of the three. Thoroughly professional and with staff who were kind and compassionate. Special
The dental team here are absolutely incredible! I had 2 wisdom teeth removed after an emergency 111 appointment here back in November 2022, I then had to have the other two removed just 5 months later. Both times they were absolutely
Impossible to reach by phone unless ur prepared to spend half ur day on hold time n time again as calls drop after waiting 90 minutes. Profits should be banned for institutions with less than 85% satisfactory work. Instead of making
I came to the emergency room of St. Thomas Hospital with severe pain and swelling caused by an abscess on my face. Soon after being treated the doctor performed a test and found an infection in the blood. I was transferred to Guy's
I recently visited St Thomas Hospital's Emergency Department in London and received exceptional care. The staff was professional, compassionate, and efficient. The waiting time was minimal, and the medical team was attentive and

Never experienced anyone rude other than other patients some should just be chucked out. Have always been treated with kindness when i have been there the Dr and Nurse i am under at the moment are second to none.
The radiology department is useless, MANAGEMENT needs a REVAMP and are rude and not helpful, can clearly see the staff are under stress all the time, looks like it’s understaffed and chaotic with no order.
It deserves zero stars. I have lost my first baby, because of incompetence of the hospital stuff . I still can’t overcome the mental and physical trauma despite 9 years gone. Avoid at any cost this place!
Maybe I'm biased because I work at St.Thomas's but even the staff I don't know are generally friendly. We have work values regarding respect and integrity, and the patient is always put first.
Paediatric Dermatology department is the BEST here. Such a calm environment, team works there so well together making the day look so smooth but we all know how demanding this job really is.
Just had an emergency wisdom tooth extraction all I can say brilliant staff it didn't even hurt the care I had was amazing so professional thank you everyone at guys keep up the good work
I would like to say the biggest thank you to ms king and the staff on Dorcas ward you truly are gods angels. The nhs needs more people like you…god bless keep up the fantastic work you do.
Everything amazing but the girl from Registration named Izana. Rude, uninterested and for she looks unhappy with her job, ah I think she should buy a new wig and improve that hairline.
One of the best hospitals in the NHS The premises is very clean and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dispite of being one of the biggest Hospital the standard is very high.
I was in A&E 10/09/2023 and later was admitted to Acute Ward and then moved to Nightingale ward. Every single member of staff in this hospital (doctors, nurses, midwife’s,
I Have Nothing Bad To Say About My NHS. If I Could Give 10* I Would. Angels and Heros Every Single One Of You I 100% support you going on strike ❤️❤️ …

Can vascular appointments answer the phone otherwise I will be a DNA and the appointment could have been offered to someone else.
Went to Guy’s for an eye emergency. Phoned the day before to make sure and the receptionist said they do Eye emergencies.
A first class hospital that does it best to treat patients with dignity and the highest quality of care .
Out of the two hospitals, I personally prefer the care with St Thomas's but each to their own opinion.
They don't answer their calls, To get appointment is impossible , They need to do better …
