We had a large group and there was a nice area with canvas walls in the middle of the restaurant. I'm gluten free and specifically asked about a bun. I was told they had a GF bun available so I ordered a burger but it came on lettuce instead. They brought me gelato/ice cream instead of the pecan pie bars others received since I'm gluten free. The lemon gelato & chocolate chunk ice cream were delicious but the other flavor was not good.

Amazing service! We had a bartender on Tuesday named nnenna who was so sweet and kind. Walked me through the entire menu and even suggested the best dessert. 10/10 service and the front desk staff was amazing as well both Marcus and David. I enjoyed my stay tremendously and definitely recommend this Westin and their restaurant.

Service was slow. The manager took our awful calamari and never returned with a new batch, as we requested. When we finally got to eat, the food was delicious. Don't get the calamari, and order the short rib, shrimp and grits, and purple rain drink.

I really didn't mind this dining establishment, the food is incredible, and also the brooms were tidy. It was a little cold inside, so yeah, it was not the best. The waiter is good too. I will absolutely think about returning once again if I get the opportunity. Me and my buddy ordered the special and we were not dissatisfied. My one tip is to maintain the cool exterior. Cheers!

The food was decent. Nothing out of this world. My real complaint was that the service was slow. Nothing against the waiter particularly. He had too many tables to cover. Management helped deliver the food, but could have helped wait on tables. When I was there, there were at least 3 parties of 5+ people and at least 6 tables of 2+. He just seemed overwhelmed and out of sorts.

I totally didn't mind this diner, the food is incredible, and the bathrooms were not smelly. It was a little cold indoors, so that was not totally cool. The host is good also. I will certainly think about returning once more if I get the chance. Me and also my friend bought the toast and also we were not dissatisfied. My one recommendation is to keep the cool outside. Thanks!

The staff is top tier! The food is average at best the drinks are strong and you HAVE TO MEET ROBIN!! She closes the bar down and opens up in the morning for breakfast! She is truly this restaurant greatest asset!

I love this spot : a great lobby menu and excellent flatbread. Robin was the best server too : we made sure to get the bottle of wine and enjoy fun laughs with her each time we were downstairs in the lobby : thank you all for your hard work and we will definitely come back next year!

Ordered a med rare steak and it came well done. The kitchen fired a new one and brought it blue rare. They comped the steak so I didn't send it back again, so I'd like to rate them between 3-4. The bread was good. They have a flat bread that was amazing but their steaks are inconsistent and not what I'd expect from that price point.

We spent over four hours having a calm and special moment at Grill & Vine. We ordered multiple items from the menu from the beginning to the end. MARCO was very attentive and caring of our stay. Team members like this really make palces memorable and make us want to come back! Well done, excellent attention!

This place has been absolutely incredible. They hosted our company outing and treated all of us like VIPs. The host saved my number after my initial booking so when I called he answered by my name. This is a truly memorable experience thank you and your staff. Looking forward to coming back next year. ❤️

How would you like a nice, elegant restaurant, with great lighting, located in the North Pole? It’s so cold my fingers are struggling typing this. Don’t go in the winter unless you want to wear a parka while fine dining. Edit: the food is great. I bumped this up to a 2 stars for that reason

Had dinner here with the family. The food was good, service was good but we were the only ones there. It was a Saturday night so you would think it would be busy. If you want a little more excitement best to find something else.

Nice atmosphere and wonderful staff, but they have no Sunday brunch for the church crowd. Good limited menu, however. The kicker for me was they only validate parking if the valet service is used. Clearly, they don't want non-hotel guests.

My $20 chicken and waffles was a burnt flat piece of chicken on top of an overdone waffle.

Had such a wonderful experience at this establishment for Mother’s Day. The service was immaculate and the food was even better. Hope you guys are doing this for Father’s Day because I will be making reservations again.

I've given this place 3 chances, and every time, the service has been ridiculously slow when there have only been 3-4 tables with customers. Be prepared to allocate a minimum of an hour and a half for lunch.

A true definition of great American food. The price is a bit expensive but it's all worth it.
