I usually don’t call the many companies that leave flyers on my stoop, but after so many bad experiences with “recommendations”, I figured I’ll roll the dice! I’m glad I did because now I’ve found my new #1 go-to contractors for most things around the house! From now on I will be calling Greystone for everything exterior that I need done. I’ll also call to ask about interior work if the need arises as well. I was very happy with the quality of work and attention to detail that the guys put in. Omar was in contact with me for the estimate and then checked in again to let me know exactly when they would arrive on the day. He also thoroughly went over everything with his guys that needed to be done. Omar ensured that they did a great job and went above and beyond! He also explained in detail everything to me that they were going to do and then gave me updates and a summary at the end. I found out one of my downspouts had a plastic water bottle stuck in it with several feet of dirt/debris above it. It was completely clogged! they dismantled the entire downspout and cleared it completely! I had no idea it was blocked and had only thought that the corner gutter needed to be re-sealed (there are no trees around my house!). The guys also cleaned the gutters completely (all those little roofing granules and dirt) by vacuuming them out and taking a video of the finished product. I was impressed because they arrived at 9:30a and spent 8-9 hours here!! Any other contractor would have been rushing to boogie to the next job after 3-4 hours (which is what I expected for the fair price!). My expectations were far exceeded! After they finished cleaning the main gutters, they water sealed one corner of the house (brick) where i was having some interior moisture issues from the saturated exterior wall (from the clogged gutter overflowing and saturating that area of the house every time it rained). They also went up to the dormer where on of the the gutters was pulling away and they used special brackets with screws to reinforce that as well. Omar reported back to me that the wood that the gutter is screwed into was rotted in some places. He didn’t try to pressure me into doing extra work to make more money. He was honest and told me that it could wait until next year. Lastly, they replaced two missing shingles from my roof but they didn’t charge me for a pack of shingles like so many others would have! Omar told me he had some leftover shingles form a roof they had just done nearby and went to get them to use on my house. All around great experience! These guys are honest and work hard. I was really staring to get discouraged and beginning to think it’s impossible to find good help these days, but this was refreshing that I now know I can rely on Greystone to do a great job at very fair prices! That’s a rare find! Highly recommend!

Greystone Construction Group Inc always delivers fantastic service and work. I have been in contact with the company for the past year and they have worked both outside and inside the property. They are very professional and will communicate every part of the job to their clients. They are always punctual and keep a good schedule when working on any job. For all the work they have done, I am incredibly satisfied with the process and turnout. Overall, I highly recommend their services to anyone in the Bronx neighborhood.

Due to the pitch of my backyard and the increase heavy rain my basement was prone to flooding. Umar and his guys were able to get started earlier than projected. They fixed the pitch, changed the layout of my stairs, did my retaining wall and pavers. It looks great and so far no flooding. He answered all my questions, showed up early and finished a little sooner than I thought. I will definitely call him when I'm ready for some other projects.

I had my gutters replaced. They resurfaced my entire rear wall and changed the exterior color. Along with repainting fire escape another color and garage doors were also repainted. They used all the rite products and did the job well with a smile. They were very respectful of my property and did a wonderful job.
