The worst pharmacist i have ever come across. Arrogant rude. I went in twice to get my script and twice she didnt give me the medicine saying i have to go to a pharmacy close to my doctor who is in reservoir. And i live 1 minute away from greenbeook. If i go to sydney they will give me the script. She has real issues. Never go there

The most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been to. I've been here numerous times and get interrogated every time I go, be it for plain Nurofen or a script. The pharmacists are incredibly rude and DO NOT understand the meaning of privacy with peoples personal health information. Definitely will not be back here.

My partner stopped past here tonight, their doors were open and he was greeted with a “we’re closed get out!” How darn rude, if you’re closed say so nicely or better yet have the doors latched, lost this family ever coming back there. & will be telling friends & neighbours to boycott this business.

The customer service is beyond despicable. The pharmacist and owner struggled to receive feedback/constructive criticism on his staff who have no apparent customer service. Respect is not demanded it's earnt- will not be returning to support this local business again

Absolutely amazing customer service from one of the ladies! I think her name was Sonia - she was so very sweet and took the time to explain to me different ingredients on skincare. Very professional staff here - will be back again. ❤️

Beware people. Please check before pay . Got predmix and they charged me $30.00 same you can get for $10 from chemist warehouse . Asked for a receipt best reply ever computer not working. Shameless crooks.

I am a regular customer of Greenbrook Pharmacy. Each time I visit the pharmacy not only for my scripts but for other necessities I am always greeted with a smile and great customer service.

Great little local pharmacy. Reasonable prices, always have the prescription medicines available and if not, order it in within a couple of days. They also answer their phone.

I was the only person in the store and the pharmacist was rude, unfriendly and completely unpleasant to be around. I would find another chemist and highly not recommended.
