THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A RATING THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWN TO THE GUTTER!!!!!! I placed an order over the phone tonight not only was the woman very rude while I was ordering I'm almost certain she hung up but I called from my cell phone so not sure. I gave her my order along with my credit card for the purchase I waited almost a hour to get a phone call from the delivery guy who was rude as hell and said I need to come downstairs for my order. I came down and stated to him you need to not be disrespectful when people are spending their money I asked for the receipt and he said you no pay I called the restaurant and tried to rectify the matter. I got a incoming call while on the phone from someone there to tell me my delivery was here I explained I was downstairs at the end the guy snatched the bag out of my hand almost breaking my finger and left I'm going to have his Azz arrested!!! I'll never order from them again and will make necessary calls and complaints against them

Ive called for delivery about 3 to 4 times and when I say they are quick, they are quick! I live about 3 to 5 minutes away and I swear i get my food in under 20 minutes. Their prices are great. DO NOT ORDER ON DOOR DASH! Door dash charges double the price. door dash want to charge me almost $30 for two things while when i ordered for delivery with them those two things cost me 15$ and the food is good. Definitely consider making this your go to spot!

Their food isn’t even that good.. not to mention I once tried ordering for delivery and the dude actually told me “Yes we do delivery but not to you” ONLY BECAUSE I had to cancel my order because we didn’t have enough money at the time and I’m only a child.. worse Chinese restaurant.. 0 respect for customers if I could give them 0 stars I would… if your reading this “No 1. Luck sung” is way better and they are so nice and treat customers w respect it’s only a block away from them and it’s cheaper not to mention BETTER

I ordered pork fried rice with vegetables & sesame chicken. I literally had to dig through the rice to find small pieces of pork, not to mention the rice is bland & has large clumps! The sesame chicken was chewy. Delivery guy was extremely rude. Worst chinese food i’ve had in a long time. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Amazing tasting food and service. They are truly the best around town. Some folks say they are rude but they aren't they're just very busy workers and can't attend to every little thing. If they make a mistake with an order we shouldn't put them down. Mistakes in people's orders happens in almost every restaurant. They are not rude they move quick.

I love the food but the two young girls in there that take the orders are so rude!! I ask to speak to the parents about a order SHE did wrong and she said no they are busy...I've been ordering here for OVER 6 yrs and I love the owners but the girls that answer the food are SO rude!

Unwelcoming, in friendly and very stand offish in manner. I felt very rushed to order. And if that's not enough the food wasn't very tasty!

Amazing service. Just be polite seriously they work hard and they do try to just yknow make everyone's night or day easier by completing orders. I feel like people take advantage and prank call alot thats messed up

No gas but I ate from multiple Chinese restaurants or fast food and not only is there food on point with price taste and portion BUT thier tall delivery guy tops there service with his exceptional customer service and generosity. Will deff recommend them …

i’ve been ordering from this place for a while now, ordered some Ice Tea along with my order for today and a nail came through the straw.

Most of the items at Great Wall are good however the Singapore noodle are not...and the sauces the barbeque are watered down...
