Absolute garbage of a store (no wonder it’s always empty even with all the probable discounts they claim to give) I went there looking to buy an iPhone. First they claimed they don’t have one and will ask for one only if I am sure to buy that, this went on for about 5 mins. Then came the talk of exchanging my old iPhone 11 for a 15. They straight away said they’ll give me 25ks off (which is a bit surprising since non of the stores commit before hand. This included 5000 store bonus) when I cross questioned they started giving me all sorts of reason as to why I won’t get that much amount saying it had to be an iPhone 13 and above for exchanges altogether and they misheard me in the first place. After this the sales person pulled out the Cashify app to check the value where the app showed 17300 as the exchange amount and he bluntly said 16000 as the value. When asked why, he said Cashify guy knocks off extra amount when they come to pick up the phone which is absurd. I was still ok with the 17300 but then they pulled up with another reason to pull the price even further down. They said they used the wrong app and the new one they used showed the price at 15000. The reason this time was the manager did not know which app to use and also the store bonus was now at 4000. And all this time the sales man had ripper up the front and back protector cover to “check” the phone and had not even ordered the new phone yet. Of course I walked out of this fraud store. They have no respect for anyone’s time, deliberately delay activities because they are incapable to handle customers and then site justification of not knowing the correct process. I’d rather go to Chroma, Vijay or Reliance store and pay a bit extra if needed than go to these idiots. PS: During the whole 1.5 hours I was there 2 more people came into the store looking for something to buy but no one attended them and they just left. Might be the brand is not bad but the people in the Paschim Vihar Branch are absolutely useless and lazy.

The worst ever experience of purchasing a consumer durable in last 40 years. Purchased Livpure water purifier from Great Eastern Paschim Vihar on 26th December. Didn't pay Inam to delivery boy; may be for that still waiting for someone to come and install the equipment. If I do it on my own, then warranty is cancelled. Wondering what to do
